I do appreciate your response after the fact. I think the communications between service leaders needs a review. Also, the day to day or week to week customer feedback was non existent until several phone calls were made be me inquiring what is the status of my car. The dealership had my car for a recall issue (which was totally mishandled) for 40 days. Yes I had a loaner car, yes the dealership upgraded me to a similar model after 30 days, but I was denied the use of my vehicle missed a planed driving road trip to New England, and purchased extra miles for this trip. Am I happy with the Ganley brand VW dealership? Not really. Respectfully, David and Mary Ann Brockett
