My service at Ganley VW is typically really great. This time around, my desk service was great, but the team didn't wash my car! In addition to that, there is still an "INSPECTION" alert that comes on when I start the car. I'm sure it's just a matter of turning it off - I have no doubt the garage attended to all the matters we discussed. But this will require my coming back to have the notification turned off. Boo. I have been a loyal customer of VW since 2014 with an excellent credit and record of payment. I would appreciate if you can install a stronger sounding horn. More
