My experience was very good. I found the vehicle I was looking for. The negotiation was straight forward and the financing process was very quick. Two issues I had; 1) the discrepancies between the offer listed online compared to what was actually offered and things not offered to me. Based off the Bedford vw webpage I chose to go with the platinum 5 listed online compared to what was actually offered and things not offered to me. Based off the Bedford vw webpage I chose to go with the platinum 50k mileage service which was around $350. However my car has the dsg transmission. For my car to get what the platinum package offered I had to pay an additional $2-$300 dollars. Which I ended up paying. After the service was complete I went back on the webpage to browse around and discovered a promotion for $50 off service costing a certain amount (2-300$) which I more than qualified for with my $700 bill. Now I know that’s more of my responsibility to search for promotions like that money off, etc, but It would have been nice of a service member to bring up. 2). The loaner car I was given barely has a 1/4 tank of gas. I walked back in the shop to ask about the fuel and was told to just bring it back with the same level of fuel. Not even enough fuel for me to make the trip back home. I filled the tank and was not offered compensation. Only reason I am leaving a 3 star review is because Mike was a nice guy and so far seemed to have done a solid job on servicing the vehicle, which is why I would recommend the garage. More

After waiting over an hour, I got in the car start it up and service now light is still on why wasn't this checked by the tech. Per the printout, they checked everything. But the light is still on. Poor service. SMH More
If I could give no stars I would. The service mechanics were condescending and misogynistic. Tried to suggest $2k of repairs that wouldn’t have fixed the issue-and they knew that. I dropped it off and specifically asked for the cv joint to be inspected, not only did they not inspect it (and tried to talk around the point every time I asked) but ended up telling me they literally could not check it without driving-yet I made them aware the car was not drivable from the beginning and had it towed to the shop. They weren’t counting on the fact that I’ve replaced my own suspension before and was aware of the parts and how they interact and new to question it and get a second opinion. Someone else would’ve been duped into making repairs that would’ve resulted in a car that would still need more work to drive. I took it to a more HONEST and reliable shop and spoke with a mechanic who actually listened to what I said (because yes some women do have mechanical knowledge and work on their own cars...) and within a day we solved the problem, with repairs costing less than $500. It’s absolutely disgusting to see a business willing to try and screw people out of money a week before Christmas... especially during a year with a pandemic when most are struggling financially. We thought about trading the car in and were ready to purchase new, but you lost a $25000 sale because of the attitude and dishonesty of your mechanics/service manager. And you better believe I’ll let my friends know what I experienced. Let your mechanics know it’s 2020 not 1953 and when they try to assume a customer doesn’t have any mechanical knowledge they just make xxxxx of themselves. More
