Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I see that you had spoke with our service manager and general sales manager and are not satisfied. I am trying to get more information. Did you have an extended service plan on the vehicle or was one offered when you purchased the vehicle? What did you ask the department heads to do for you?Thank you for your input. I may come up with more questions.

Basically, the AC was functioning properly when I brought the car in for service and when I picked the car up it was not. So a car sitting in your service department had a hose spring a leak and it is now my responsibility to pay. The car was in the shop for over 5 weeks. I have zero issue with investing money in the car. I will not invest money for something that happened while in service. What if it was a window that broke? I am sure that would be fixed no questions asked. I only posted these reviews because the service and response to this issue have been unacceptable and people should know this when buying a car from your dealership and any subsequent service.

I appreciate the email back to me and will bring this up to the GM about the service concern. Their resolution was to assist you with 25% of the bill. Did VW get involved? How many miles were on the car when you brought it in. Did you purchase or were offered an extended service plan from our store when you picked up the car? Thank you

Supposedly VW refused to help out. Look, I have spent a great deal of time on this issue. Do you want the 50 pages of email correspondence on this? I am now on to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else who will listen. No, I did not purchase a warranty as this is not the issue. 86,000 on car when purchased less than 90,000 now. Over $6,000 in repairs needed on a car your dealership sold in less than four months since purchasing. I need this made right at zero cost to me or I can just move on and pay for work with someone else and when anyone asks about my car I can share my Ganley Experience.

Nothing more, nothing less. This is such a simple issue to resolve and frankly cannot believe this has come to me wasting full days at a time to resolve.
