This is my second purchase from Joe Walker at Ganley VW. I was referred to Joe when I leased my first Jetta. About threee weeks after i received an oil change for my gti i got a call from the service department explaining that my part had come in and if i would like to schedule an appointment. I asked what the part was the woman on the phone did not know so i said i would call back. Called back the next day to be put on hold for about 20 minutes. After that i refused service until the service manager spoke with me about what the part was and apologized for earlier. Drop the car off and i get a call about 30 mins later asking if they had already done this before. Picked up my car and ended it with them. I just called recently today about a service and the same thing happened. Talked to four different people and was on hold for over ten minutes total. I've worked at dealerships the better part of my life and i know you can't get to everyone all the time but this has happened everytime to me. More
Vehicle was found to be in an accident prior to my purchasing it. Dealer claimed that they never knew that the vehicle was in an accident even though there was a paint mask line on the rear window ru purchasing it. Dealer claimed that they never knew that the vehicle was in an accident even though there was a paint mask line on the rear window rubber seal along with sanding marks on the rear hatch. I didn't catch these marks at first because I have another vehicle that I use and swap out vehicles every 2 weeks. They never returned calls from me regarding the damage. The car was delivered to me with mud on the seats and arm rests so I paid $255.00 to have the vehicle cleaned and detailed. I'm now stuck with the repair on top of the payments. More

Everyone was businesslike but warm, which left me with a restored feeling of dignity. I have to give them all a high rating. Their sincerity shined, when they understood that with today’s economy we all need to do and sacrifice something. I have never experienced this kind of businesslike atmosphere, and would certainly recommend my friends or acquaintances, without a doubt to go there not only to find a car, but to see that there are still good people around, and like this rare occasion a whole group of them. I would like to Thank Faye for being so welcoming, Michael for offering a helping hand when I needed it. And Joe for just knowing what I needed, and going on and beyond my expectations. More
I began working with Joe Walker a few months ago looking for a used Subaru. The first two I looked at were not exactly what I wanted, or could afford. He answered a ton of questions for me regarding different models, pricing, etc. As soon as I let Joe know that I was ready to make a purchase, but was having difficulty finding the exact car I wanted (model, color, etc), he was on it. Within 24 hours he had located the vehicle I wanted,and handled everything with me via e-mail and text. We made an appointment to pick up the car a few days later and when i arrived at the dealership, everything was ready for me. I found everyone else that I dealt with at the dealership that day extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. It was overall a very good experience! More

" what up folks what are you doing here for?" how professional. since im in my early 20's they did not take me seriously. I told them i had $2000 to put down and said i have other options of getting a 2013 honda accord. this guy just straight up tells me those cars are trash so i said I own a honda right now.... and since they are trash why do they hold their value up so long? i asked about the reliability of these cars he just tells me well volkswagen has been around for a long time... then he tells some other lady to take care of me.. okay whatever. so i told her what i wanted and i want to just test drive for today,, i wait 30 minutes for her to show me a volkswagen cc with 50k miles and i ask if they do price comparisons and they gave me some bs story of why then dont. so she left for ANOTHER 30 minutes and said she was going to pull the car around....she came back to look up other cars in their inventory list.. i told her all i wanted to do was to JUST TEST DRIVE A CC.. she left for another 30 minutes and came back and apologizes that she was showing another customer a car and asked did we want to test drive... and we said yes so she went for probably another 30 minutes ..but we left.. horrible horrible experience.. we waited a total of almost 2 hours just to test drive.. I worked with Joe Walker when purchasing my current automobile, my second from this dealership. Although my prior experience at Ganley when buying a new CC was good, it was not with Joe.
