They are a good busy dealership so be prepared to wait on the financing manager. The good thing was I was well informed of this up front by Joe so I was not surprised. More

I originally started purchasing vehicles from Ganley due to their great customer service. With my most recent vehicle and all the problems I had with it as well as with the service department the customer service that attracted me no longer exists. Had to contact corporate multiple times over denial of repeated technical concerns. Responses from the dealers end were dishonest and false. For a vehicle that I once loved I can not wait to get rid of it. Brought all my maintence concerns to another service provider and couldn't be any more happy. More

Terrible Service & Communication I purchased a 2009 VW Tiguan with 86,000 miles at what seemed a fair price. Within three months of purchasing, over $6,500 of repairs were needed. I purchased a 2009 VW Tiguan with 86,000 miles at what seemed a fair price. Within three months of purchasing, over $6,500 of repairs were needed. Sales Manager came through in a big way, securing $4,700 from VW so my out of pocket cost was $1,100. Communication was non-existent with Service Manager Jim Arnold. The first set of issues was the need to replace the timing chain and camshaft, over $4,700 in repairs on a car that was driven less than 2,000 since purchasing. Car was in shop for over 5 weeks, with three weeks of back and forth on how to make this issue "right". As stated above, the sales manager came through with significant funding. However, five weeks of non communication from service team was extremely frustrating. Upon getting the car back from the first set issues, I went less than a mile to discover the AC was no longer working and the moon roof would not close. Another $960 plus in repairs needed that magically stopped functioning while the car was being serviced. No recourse other than 25% off to remedy the problems that happened while the car was in service. I knew when purchasing the car that I would have repairs to make over the lifetime of the vehicle. What I did not realize was that a good deal on a sales price for a used vehicle simply means the dealer creating $1,000's in repairs within a couple of months. Did I purchase a warranty? No. Do I have an issue with putting money into the car? No. I have a real issue with the lack of communication resulting in zero faith of what I am being told. I would not delight in a similar experience to my own worst enemy. More
