I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this dealership. It’s clear that the service department lacks qualified technicians, as even the Service Manager, Sam, openly admitted that their tec this dealership. It’s clear that the service department lacks qualified technicians, as even the Service Manager, Sam, openly admitted that their technicians only “check the concerns” rather than performing thorough inspections. This kind of attitude reflects a serious lack of care, professionalism, and technical competence. What’s even more troubling is the way women are treated here. I felt dismissed and disrespected throughout my visit, an experience no customer should have to endure. When I tried to voice my concerns and ask reasonable questions about company policies, the General Manager, Tim Nadvit, was condescending and evasive rather than helpful or transparent. That kind of behavior is a major red flag for any business that claims to value its customers. Women deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and taken seriously especially in environments where automotive knowledge is often assumed to be gendered. This dealership needs to take accountability, invest in proper technician training, and seriously reconsider how it approaches customer service and professionalism. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone seeking fair and respectful treatment. More
