This has to be the worst dealership I have ever been to. Unprofessional from the front desk to the service center. I brought my car in for an exterior window seal repair and when I picked up my car all of m Unprofessional from the front desk to the service center. I brought my car in for an exterior window seal repair and when I picked up my car all of my seals were damaged. They scratched the paint on three of my doors, the trim on the rear door peeled off when the front door was opened and none of the door panels were re-attached properly, all this after I was called and told that it was finished, inspected and it was good to go. No one even walked out to go over the car with me. I was told to bring it back to have it re addressed and after having it for 10 days they still haven't even done any repairs. What a disgrace that you buy a new car, and this is how a customer is treated. Management blatantly lied to me about the status and my vehicle location and when caught just apologized and said that he was misinformed. In my opinion there is no integrity in this place at all. You have salesmen in huddles inside cars, personal items exposed to any potential buyer when they come in. There is just a lack of leadership and professionalism, and it is just sad. Supervisors and managers are always on vacation (multiple times in the last 4 weeks). I have left messages and emails, with no response. My car has been to two other places, and I am expected to trust that the service techs at VW will get it right this time. As a person who has been in customer service and management for 20 years, I am hoping that the GM sees this and starts to address the problems. More
