At the time and before yesterday's oil change, I thought "yea, right - what's the catch." Took the car in yesterday and after the super quick and efficient service, I was presented with the bill. ZERO DOLLARS! How awesome that were no strings attached. Awesome that my bill was $0 for oil change, oil filter, tire rotation, fluid topoff, car wash. I've dealt with many dealers and service depts. of Kia and Ford. Day Toyota is by far the best I've ever dealt with. Love the cleanliness of the entire area. So fast and efficient. Like that you don't spend half your day waiting for service. I've never been more impressed with Day Toyota. I am so glad I left Ford and am now a devoted Toyota buyer. I highly recommend Day after my first buying experience with them and now my first visit to their service department. Hope to be a loyal customer for a long time. More

The collision center is a joke and the customer service is far from helpful. After the experience I had with this dealership and the brand in general I have learned my lesson and to NEVER buy from this dealership or any Toyota dealership again. More

They insisted I could not drive my car as they has started working on it, but they would "fix me up" with an affordable new lease. I insisted I could not make a payment and that I owned my Yaris, My credit is almost nonexistent. Unfortunately I became confused and overwhelmed and signed the lease in order to have a way home, or so I believed. The pressure was awful. I am elderly and take medications for various physical issues. I am on disability. I called immediately to try to cancel the lease and get my car back and they refused to help me. I even returned with a friend to try to fix this. He took extensive notes on the shifting story from Day. Two months later and even advice from an Elder Care lawyer, I have made no payments as I don't have the money and am waiting for my car to be repossessed. Warning: never enter this dealership without another person no matter what. More

My front two wheels were dirty when I went in and dirty when I go service and they did not rotate the tires even though the invoice said it was done. I took my 2003 Toyota Tundra in because there was a problem with the temperature control for the AC and heat. I knew there was a problem with the cable inside the dash but didn't know the extent of the problem with the temperature control for the AC and heat. I knew there was a problem with the cable inside the dash but didn't know the extent of the problem or the reason it was not working. They diagnosed the problem while I waited, and then told me it would cost $900 for the repair so that I would again have AC and heat. The reason they sited was the 5 hours of labor to take apart the dash, plus the cost of the parts that it needed. Obviously I left and did a very small amount of research. I took out 5 screws and easily removed the bezel that surrounds the radio and temp controls, easily disconnected the cable, then followed it to just above the gas pedal, where it goes through and comes out in easy reach. It took me about 5 minutes to remove the bad cable. I then went to a different dealer and bought a new cable for $23. It took me 5 minutes to install and adjust the new cable, and I am not a mechanic. My AC, heat, and defrost all work properly and I saved $877. It is astounding that what would take them 5 hours to fix, only took me (not a mechanic) 10 total minutes. In these hard financial times for most people, it is so important that you do your research and not let a place like this steal from you. More
This is the worst Toyota dealership in my area. After i paid cash for my NEW Camry , things went down hill. Even service is so bad and rude manager makes it worst. The mechanics are the worst. They left th paid cash for my NEW Camry , things went down hill. Even service is so bad and rude manager makes it worst. The mechanics are the worst. They left the Oil cap off one time, another time they almost caused a tragic accident when the mechanic forgot to tighten the nut on the adjuster after allignement. They jeopordized my family's life and when i took it back they wanted me to pay for the repairs AND the damaged parts because of their negligence. I filed a claim with Toyota and still will battle this to the end... Beware sales people are rude too. The owner does not care , she took the business over from her late father who died 2 monthes ago... More
