Friendly, helpful, informative and made it easy and fun. My sales person was Gary Fritch and he made buying a car so much fun! The whole team did, they were awesome! I was concerned about how it handled in the snow, but we had a great discussion about durability, reliability and spoke of prior sales and how well they fared in the winter. I was satisfied. Second time just as good as he first 2 years ago my family purchased a Rav 4 from Jorge, he was not only awesome in meeting our needs he was able to find the car we wanted in the color we 2 years ago my family purchased a Rav 4 from Jorge, he was not only awesome in meeting our needs he was able to find the car we wanted in the color we were looking for. He kept us in the loop as to when the car would arrive and everything in-between. Fast forward 2 years later we were looking to purchase a Camry XSE V6 in black. Not an easy to come by purchase. Again, Jorge and the rest of the team was able to get one here in a great amount of time and was very awesome again in keeping us in the loop. Everything went smooth from the time we decided to purchase to the time the car was delivered. Again, thanks for being a great dealership and we look forward to future purchases. More
