My experience was great. Ryan Urban was very helpful and prompt in helping me a get the deal i needed complete. Since this is the 4th Toyota I purchased from Ganley Toyota, I wasn't surprised to receive excellent service. I have loved all of the Toyotas I have purchases and have never had any service issues with Toyota, I wasn't surprised to receive excellent service. We have dealt with Ganley since about 2000. My husband and I both lease cars about every 36 months and have our cars serviced at Ganley, as well. I picked up our 7th(?) I bought a 2012 Scion TC and the fog lamp had defective tabs on it i took it in for service and the service department stated it was fixed and all taken care of since then the fog lamp fell out again and a tabs on it i took it in for service and the service department stated it was fixed and all taken care of since then the fog lamp fell out again and as i examined the service dept there had duct taped my fog lamp back in. Really who duct tapes a 2012 vehicle? Now they are trying to say its my fault after they have already got paid for warranty work from Toyota and cant explain how to do the work again cause they wont get paid for it. Mike was very friendly when I first went to the showroom for a test drive. He showed me the entire car..even under the hood which I appreciated. He followed up with me about the sale pricing. They made turning in my lease a breeze. They were able to transfer my title to a new car & get me set up and out the door very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ryan in purchasing our new Rav4. He was very attentive to our needs and didn't rush or pressure us. Attitude and service was great, everything complete in one day. So easy, we leased our new Toyota at a great price. Came back in two weeks & leased a second car for three years also. This car experience is the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Rich was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and not at all the stereotypical car salesperson.
