When I buying a new vehicle a truely fun and happy experience. The financing was quick and easy, the price was fair and the vehicle is THE BEST!!. When I went back to pick up my new FJ Cruiser (only 2 hours after I decided to make the purchase) Patrick O'Connor had it ready to go and helped me with my Blue Tooth. Every one I touched during my purchase was absolutely awesome!! This is my first Toyota purchase and it was a great day!! Thank you to everyone at Ganley Toyota for a wonderful experience!! More
We have never been treated better! The used car manager James is a great person and I never thought I would say this about a used car salesman. My cars have been serviced by Ganley for many years, and I am always very pleased with their service. They always do a great job. I can always depend on them. I am always very pleased with their service. They always do a great job. I can always depend on them. More
At my request, Ganley reprogrammed my Avalon so that the 'recirc' button would be manually activated instead of auto. I did not want the 'recirc' to activate every time I started the car and had the temp se 'recirc' button would be manually activated instead of auto. I did not want the 'recirc' to activate every time I started the car and had the temp set 'low' with the a/c/ off. And they did this at no charge. Montrose Toyota told me it could not be done; so much for their technical knowledge. More
When I was having some trouble locating the exact Toyota vehicle that I wanted, a friend recommended Ganley Toyota based on his personal relationship with one of the salesmen. Prior to this recommendation, vehicle that I wanted, a friend recommended Ganley Toyota based on his personal relationship with one of the salesmen. Prior to this recommendation, I had lost confidence in the other local area Toyota Dealerships with whom I had been dealing unsuccessfully. (My vehicle request was an unusual color/trim combination for this part of the country according to Toyota.) Ron Stease went to work on my request like he was buying the car for himself. Ron had the contacts at Toyota to make the request happen and made a very competitive offer on the vehicle without any hassle (I had priced out this vehicle on a couple web sites as well as gotten competitive offers from Toyota dealers in other parts of the country (+1,500 miles away)). As my friend did for me, I would highly recommend Ganley Toyota and will absolutely consider them for future vehicles purchases. More
After reading the two bad reviews, I felt I needed to respond. I have purchased two Toyotas from this dealership ... one new and one used. I was treated very well with a lot of professionalism and resp respond. I have purchased two Toyotas from this dealership ... one new and one used. I was treated very well with a lot of professionalism and respect. There was no rush or feeling of being pushed. In the one car there was a problem with the CD player. Took it into service ... they replaced the whole CD player with no problem. Took the new one in for the 30,000 maintenance. They loaned me a car to go to lunch while they worked on it. My neighbor had a problem with her Toyota dealership so I recommended Ganley. She went there and says she will continue to do business there. More
I just purchased a used 2003 truck from Ganley Toyota. The truck was advertised with warranty on the window. When I got the truck home I noticed the passenger power window did not work from the passenger The truck was advertised with warranty on the window. When I got the truck home I noticed the passenger power window did not work from the passenger side. It did work from the driver side. I also noticed a chip in the windshield that was starting to crack. When I took the truck down to the local garage to have the brakes looked at they told me it would need new back brakes. They said the one side didn’t even have a brake pad on it. When I contacted the dealership about the problems I told them that the window I didn’t care about because I have a friend that repairs glass and he did fix it for me. They brakes I figured I would eventually have to replace anyway. But I did want the window fixed. The dealership said I purchased it as is and they will not fix the window. They said the warranty was for the power train only. I remember the used sales manager telling me how they had spent $382 fixing up the truck. Does it cost $382 to wash and wax a pickup truck? I went to a dealership thinking it would be better than a private car lot. I knew I would be paying a little more but they would stand behind their product. Boy was I wrong. My advice to you is not to buy from Ganley, their word means nothing. I know I will never buy another used or new vehicle from them again. More
