I went in to look at a certain model and discovered that it wasn't quite what I was looking for, but I really liked a more expensive model which was just a little out of my price range. Ryan figured out a way to get that car within my budget by utilizing a Toyota rebate and getting last year's model. I felt that I was valued as a customer regardless of my price range. Frank Bystricky handled the financial part of the transaction. He clearly explained the different options and made recommendations. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient with his explanations. This was my first time buying a new vehicle. I researched what I should expect and braced myself. Contrary to all the articles I read online, I found myself being treated respectfully and reasonably. I feel comfortable recommending Ganley Toyota based on my experience with them. More

My new car buying experience was awesome!! Ryan was very enjoyable, answered all of our question. His knowledge of the Rav4 was excellent, showed us everything even stuff we didn't know it had. Trade in they gave us the best deal of the day, trade in allowance was three time what the others were offering and Patrick won us over with that offer. They gave me the best deal out of 6 area Toyota dealers. My car was ready for delivery when promised and they spent a lot of time explaining all of the new technology in the car. They answered every question that I had, had the paperwork ready to go and were extremely efficient in all aspects of the sale. I would high recommend this dealership! More
While I've always had good experiences with the service department, in 2003, I had quite a stressful sales experience when the salesman tried to sell me a Camry with the wrong color interior. He told me I was mistaken, etc. Lo and behold, when I showed up to pick up my new 2012 Camry last week, it had the wrong color interior! At least this time, Drew Vance was up front about it and didn't pressure me. When I let him know that I really wanted the Ash interior, he had someone look for it online. When they found it, and they ordered the body side molding to be installed when delivered. They also flipped the VIN so we could get the financial paperwork done so there wouldn't be any problem meeting the deadline to take advantage of the $750 incentive, etc. Overall, a much better experience than the last time. More

I had not bought a new car since my husband passed away which was 15 years ago, so I was not looking forward to going though this process. However, Ken Ganley and Patrick O'Connor made it a very easy tran which was 15 years ago, so I was not looking forward to going though this process. However, Ken Ganley and Patrick O'Connor made it a very easy transaction from the negotiation all the way to the delivery of the car.I negotiated directly with Ken and was impressed with the fact he took the time to deal with me and meet with me once we agreed on a price.Patrick was responsible for the details since I was ordering the car and not selecting one off the lot. Patrick made sure my order was correct and included all the factory installed options I wanted. Patrick kept me posted via email and calls on the delivery of the car. When it did arrive and I went to pick it up, Patrick took the time to demostrate how the car worked in detail. Going from a 1996 Mercury Sable without any bells and whistles to a car fully loaded with remote start, navigation, back-up mirror and a smart key was overwhelming but Patrick was patient and took the time to explain things more than once and did not rush. Patrick was very knowlegable on the product features. He also took the time to sync up my cell phone with the car and to enroll me in "entune" via my cell phone, plus entered my favorite destination places on the navigation system. So when I left the dealership, I had my car at least set up to do the most important items I wanted without struggling to figure it out on my own. The experience was very enjoyable and I LOVE MY NEW RAV 4! More
