He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was extremely personable. He made sure I fully understood how to work everything in my new Camry and made sure I felt comfortable before I left the lot in my new car. I had a brief moment of panic when I returned home because my check engine light came on. However, when I reached out to Jared at almost 9:00pm he assured me they would take care of it. I brought it in the next day and it was only because the gas cap wasn't tightened properly. Thanks Jared for a wonderful experience! More

I bought my first Venza there six years ago and was so impressed I took my husband and he got a Camry, then a Rav 4, and now has a new Rav. I loved Venza number 1 but after 6 years I knew there would be more options available, and my car had low mileage, so I figured my trade value would be good. I was treated with respect and as a valued returning customer. I would send ANYBODY to Ganley Toyota! More

I feel I was treated just as if I were considering purchase of a new vehicle vs the 2008 used mini van I was looking at and eventually purchased. Marco Dinunzio, the salesman I dealt with, had the car brought in from the cold and snow, washed, and inside the showroom by the time I arrived. I was able to comfortably inspect the car without distraction from the cold and without being rushed by anyone. Mr. Dinunzio was very attentive, very knowledgable about the vehicle, although from 2008, and gave me clear answers to my many questions. When he didn't know the answer he was able to quickly get it from someone who did. Also, Ryan Urban, from the finance section, very pleasantly and efficiently walked me through the cascade of paperwork to pay for and register the vehicle. Over many decades I have purchased new and used vehicles and from those experiences developed expectations. This experience was a pleasant surprise. More

Doesn't keep promise and words I contacted the dealership via website for a quote. I got contacted from 2 dealers. When I mentioned Ganley about the other dealers offer, they e-mail I contacted the dealership via website for a quote. I got contacted from 2 dealers. When I mentioned Ganley about the other dealers offer, they e-mailed me that they will match the price. I stopped by and talked to them, had few questions on finance. As the finance director wasn't available, he gave me a call and gave me the final price with financing. We agreed on the price. I started heading to the dealer and got a call from salesman that I can't get the Toyota rebate, which means the price will be more or have to pay in cash. I had to scramble to find financing. The day I went to sign the papers, the amount doesn't match to the agreed again as per initial conversation. It is $100 more and when asked, the manager did not want to sell the car to me and was willing to give my deposit. As the other dealer doesn't have the car anymore, I had to buy by paying more than what I would have if I went with other dealer. Blake Johnson was the only person who was nice. This is my 3rd Toyota vehicle and I had great service from my other dealer. Ganley will not be in my top 10 Toyota dealers in Northeast Ohio. More

He was pleasant, not pressuring, and gave me all the information I needed to come to a decision. He also was very thorough in showing me and explaining all of the features on my new vehicle. The follow up conversation with the Customer Service Representative Patrick O'Connor was also very helpful. I ended up with a better deal than what I had expected and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Third Purchase from Ganley ... Excellent Expereince! After visiting dealership parts department one December afternoon I took a look at the new 2015 Toyota RAV4's and was greeted by Jared Varner. Althou After visiting dealership parts department one December afternoon I took a look at the new 2015 Toyota RAV4's and was greeted by Jared Varner. Although my wife and I had been considering the purchase of a SUV, we had no immediate plans to buy. Jared was very helpful and I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and current incentives. After sharing my experience with my wife I contacted Jared for a test drive and after a little over an hour the purchase was complete. Once again I believe I was treated fairly at Ganley Toyota and most definitely will return for vehicle number four. More
Purchase of Toyota Highlander. Late November, 2014 I went to Ganley Toyota in order to purchase a new vehicle. I met with Ken Ganley and Pat Zanko. They introduced me to Jared Varne Late November, 2014 I went to Ganley Toyota in order to purchase a new vehicle. I met with Ken Ganley and Pat Zanko. They introduced me to Jared Varner. He explained the different aspects of the 4Runner and Highlander. After test driving both vehicles I settled on a Highlander. Jared was a pleasure to work with. He explained how to operate the various features of the vehicle and stressed that should any questions arise I was to contact him. I have previously purchased a 2006 Camry and a 2008 Prius from Ganley Toyota. Both vehicles are still in the family. Based on my experiences with Ganley Toyota my daughter purchased a Rav from them. We are definitely a Toyota family. Correction make that Ganley Toyota family. More
