We regret your experience with our dealership did not meet your expectations. We were unable to comply with your desires. Our records actually show that the vehicle was repaired properly when you were last here back in September of 2012. When you returned recently to revisit this repair there is evidence of damage to your bumper cause by running something over. This was verified by another Toyota dealership. Our goal is every customer’s complete satisfaction and we meet that goal a majority of the time as you can see from our other reviews. However, as with any business, there are times when the relationship just does not work out. We regret that this was one of those cases. We wish you well in the future.
