Second car, second great experience This was my second time coming to Ganley for a new Toyota. I was just as pleased this time as I was the first. Jason found me the exact car I was look This was my second time coming to Ganley for a new Toyota. I was just as pleased this time as I was the first. Jason found me the exact car I was looking for and knew everything about the vehicle. The test drive went very smoothly. He also took the time to answer questions about some other vehicles we were curious about but not currently in the market for. All and all a great experience. I will definitely be back. More

Just a Terrific Dealership I have bought and serviced alot of cars through the years at a variety of dealerships. This one is simply the best. Great atmosphere, but more impor I have bought and serviced alot of cars through the years at a variety of dealerships. This one is simply the best. Great atmosphere, but more importantly great people. Friendly, helpful, fair, and client service oriented from beginning to end. They set the standard in my book. Even when my car had an unexpected issue, they went out of the way to help. Never experienced service like that anywhere else. More

I had a great experience when I bought my car in 2012 from John Fire at Ganley in Akron. My car was totaled after only having it 54 weeks. I contacted John again and he was very sympathetic and understan from John Fire at Ganley in Akron. My car was totaled after only having it 54 weeks. I contacted John again and he was very sympathetic and understanding. He started working to get me approved right away, but it took over a month for my insurance to finally pay on the other loan, leaving me a balance of close to $5000. John tried with several different lenders but was not having any luck finding one that would roll that balance into a new loan. He suggested I contact the loan company myself and see what suggestions they might have. The lender reduced my payment for the rest of the term of the loan, reducing my debt to income and John had me approved and ready to pick out a car the next day. He knew how many miles I normally drive and was able to find me one with low mileage and with a great additional warranty. More

Nathan was extremely helpful in providing me with the vehicle I came to look at. Other dealers try to up sell me to a different vehicle that is out of my price range even before taxes and fees. Nathan vehicle I came to look at. Other dealers try to up sell me to a different vehicle that is out of my price range even before taxes and fees. Nathan was able to give me the best deal that he could, and even got me an extended warranty which gives me peace of mind for the next few years. He was able to answer any questions I had, or if he couldn't, got me in contact with the people that could. The best thing that happened was Nathan was looking for me to be satisfied. I didn't feel pressured into needing to purchase the vehicle I wanted, he clearly stated if it wasn't for me then there wouldn't be any hard feelings between us. I was even allowed to bring the vehicle to my mechanic to inspect it without trouble too. This made me know that they stand behind the vehicles they sell. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great vehicle to go to Ganley Toyota as they make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. More
