Great car buying experience This was my first Internet purchase and I was quite hesitant about buying a car based only on pictures and description. The dealership was 2.5 hours f This was my first Internet purchase and I was quite hesitant about buying a car based only on pictures and description. The dealership was 2.5 hours from my house and I didn't want to drive that far to make a deal. The first person I spoke with was John Decker who was very helpful by letting me know that among other things, the car could be delivered. This was a huge selling point. I also had some plans for my old car which literally at the last minute fell through and I literally had to text John not to deliver the car and I was in a panic and distressed that the experience was falling apart. John was absolutely professional and attentive to my concerns and restructured the events such that I could make the deal for the Subaru I really wanted. John made things work out quickly, and we were still able to complete the transaction that same day. The car was delivered a few hours later and I am now the owner of what I consider my dream car. The way John handled this was beyond any previous car buying experience I have had. After the test drive, she answered all our questions, and we sat down to talk price. The experience was surprisingly pleasant, compared to our experiences elsewhere. No stalling, game-playing, hidden "gotcha" costs or anything other than straightforward dealing. In less than half an hour, we had a deal for the car we wanted at the price we could afford. More

Even though Allie is no longer in sales she was more than happy to assist me again with this purchase. Quick to respond to questions and delivered the car much sooner than expected. Jared was helpful at delivery covering all the car's features. Thanks to both!! About time I can say something about Mike and Mike in service. I have had my 3 Toyota vehicles serviced at Ganley over the last 8 years and cannot begin to praise both Mikes enough. Both are always courteous, helpful and quick to assist in any way. Competent and straight forward In all my years and dealing with new and used car sales persons and office staff I have never been so well accommodated as I was at Ganly Toyota Scion In all my years and dealing with new and used car sales persons and office staff I have never been so well accommodated as I was at Ganly Toyota Scion: no phony "friendliness", no patronizing, no avoiding or twisting answers. Our salesman was Roberto. More than just helpful, he made sure every question was answered, everything about the vehicle we purchased he explained or demonstrated, and he did so in a straight forward, calm manner with absolutely no hyperbole. He also took all the time that was necessary to process our purchase, demonstrate the vehicle, see that we were comfortable while we waited for paperwork processing, and answer our questions. While the agency was rather busy that day we were treated as if we were the only ones there. There was no rushing through a demonstration or answering questions. His manner told me were being dealt with as competent adults by a straightforward sincere person. Our Business Manager, Allie Pritt was also very accommodating. very pleasant, thorough, and very nice to work with signing all the papers. Between Roberto and Allie they made our few hours there a pleasure. I said in all my years I have not been treated so well, in a sincere, real, not phony manner. And I'm a couple of months past my eightieth birthday. More
