The experience was excellent: from bringing the car under the roof so we can assess it in spite of the pouring rain, to demo of every feature, test ride, price discussions, closing the deal, and seting the car for us, including connecting the phones, and our preferred radio stations. Excellent No Worry Purchase This is my 2nd purchase from out of state from Ganley. We contacted Brian Maylor about a specific car we were looking for and he called back within m This is my 2nd purchase from out of state from Ganley. We contacted Brian Maylor about a specific car we were looking for and he called back within minutes and they had everything we wanted. The first time I purchased a car I was in the area for business and just picked it up. This time I did not have the opportunity to go to Ohio and pick up the vehicle up, we live in Georgia. Once we agreed on the price and secured financing the paperwork was sent via Fedex, we signed and returned the paperwork in a prepaid Fedex envelope, the whole process took 4 days. I received the call on Monday and the car was delivered to our door by Thursday, less than a week! This process was so easy and we did not have to go into a dealership. Our financing was secured and taken care of once we were approved. Awesome experience by professional car people. Marco was quick to reply with any question we may have had and made the process enjoyable. Brian Maylor is one of the best communicating and organizing the whole process, you can call, text or email and he is fast and courtesy. Ganley is a great company with great people. Great Deal I originally went to this dealership because I saw a particular vehicle in their on line inventory. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold the night befor I originally went to this dealership because I saw a particular vehicle in their on line inventory. Unfortunately the vehicle was sold the night before. They did have a similar vehicle with even more options which they offered at a great price. They even threw in a couple of accessories I wanted at no additional charge. There was no hard sell for additional warranties. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. And I drove the vehicle home the same day. More

Long distance coordination for college attending family. Aaron simply was professional and honest. Difficult as it is having family nearly 1000 miles away to attend college was made a little more comforting Aaron simply was professional and honest. Difficult as it is having family nearly 1000 miles away to attend college was made a little more comforting knowing that even over the phone Aaron provided "peace of mind" both with sound "service required" and expense explanation. I never felt pressured nor taken advantage of. Job Well done and thanks for keeping the American Dream alive. I only selected 4 on the scale below for "Quality of Work" based on not being able to physically see the work but my college attending family member said it was great. I'm sure if compare to the rest of rating experience it would be a 5. More
