I Heart My Toyota!! I, like most people, have a negative image of the car buying experience. My search for a new car began at Toyota Direct. Great experience buying a used car I have now bought 2 used cars at Ganley and based on my experiences I would not buy a used car anywhere else. He answered our many questions and found a vehicle in their stock with the exterior/interior color combination that pleased us. He was quite patient and polite (no pressure, in any way), working with us as we made our decision, as we were not sure if we wanted to buy just yet. After thorough thought and evaluation, we did decide to buy. Mark was instrumental in making sure that the accessories we requested were installed on the car and the vehicle was prepped for our agreed upon pick-up time. Mark took the time to thoroughly acquaint us with the features of the vehicle and answered our question about the equipped technology and operation before we drove it off of the lot. We will be going back there with our business even though Sunnyside is 5 minutes from our home and Ganley is an hour.
