Exactly What We Wanted in a New Car Sales Experience! I reached out to Ganley and was handed off to Jared Varner on their sales team. I explained that we were looking for a 2015 Corolla, S Plus. Jared tol I reached out to Ganley and was handed off to Jared Varner on their sales team. I explained that we were looking for a 2015 Corolla, S Plus. Jared told us Ganley was willing to trade stock with another Toyota Dealer to obtain the exact car we were looking for. The price our salesman quoted was better than another dealer in Kent, Ohio offered. Our experience is that we made a deal to have Ganley obtain the car we wanted, and they came through for us in a time frame that allowed us to take advantage of a Toyota Discount that was being offered during the year end clearance sales on the Labor Day Weekend. Jared should be recognized for his no-pressure sales practice, will do as promised attitude, and for delivering this car in timely fashion. The pick up and check out process was really a pleasure as well. Allison, in finance was also informative but did not pressure us to purchase products that we might have wanted for the car. Jared went over the cars features, help us set up the Bluetooth and audio system and took the time to show us the features of the car we purchased. If you're shopping for a Toyota in Akron, - I would most highly recommend choosing Jared, at Ganley Toyota on Market Street. Exactly what you should experience when choosing a car dealer. Amazing Experience, Friendly, Not Pushy I was given a hard time at Don Joseph Toyota in Kent when I walked into their dealership. I didn't feel like I was treated as if they really cared abo I was given a hard time at Don Joseph Toyota in Kent when I walked into their dealership. I didn't feel like I was treated as if they really cared about or wanted my business. I was quoted a price for the 2015 Toyota Corolla Sport Plus that I wanted to purchase. My dad suggested I get a quote from another dealership just to compare pricing. Luckily, my dad contacted Ganley Toyota, where he spoke with Jared, a very attentive, polite salesman who was very interested in MY needs and wants, and not just selling me any old thing. He went through the effort of getting the exact car I wanted (which neither dealership actually had on their lot) and showed much interested in gaining my business from the moment I spoke to him. I just so happened to get a quote from him that was $1830 less than the other dealership. I felt that Don Joseph was trying to screw with me so I immediately told them I didn't want to bring them my business and put a deposit down on the car with Ganley Toyota which was required for them to begin a search for my car to trade from another dealer's lot. All in all, I was EXTREMELY, over the moon satisfied with Ganley Toyota, my salesman, Jared, the finance Department, the customer service I was provided with, and the way that they handled their business. I felt that Jared was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything that I needed to and he spent more time than what most would going over the features of the new car that I had just purchased to make sure that I was comfortable in it. He was extremely kind and willing to work for me which I greatly appreciated. When it came to the financing department, I worked with Allison. She knew that I had already figured out my own financing and didn't push me into purchasing aftercare or warranties that I didn't want to which I respected as well. I would recommend Jared and Ganley Toyota to any family member, friend or stranger! Awesome job, Jared!!! I love my new Corolla! Thank you so much, I will return again! More

Ruth was excellent in handling both of our transactions. She was never pushy, but always honest, professional, and went out of her way to give us excellent service. Marco clearly loves his job, and is thoroughly professional and attentive to detail with respect to all aspects of the deal. He was patient with me, and I feel I received the best possible price for both the car I bought and the one I traded in. I dealt with Jason B. (business manager) on delivery day and was very impressed with his great attitude and thorough job knowledge as well. I recommend Ganley of Akron to all- the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I'm 61). More

The salesmen I had this time was Drew Vance and he was very nice and straightforward. His assistant Ashley was also very awesome. She showed me how everything worked in the car, was very thorough, and answered all my questions. She even was very helpful when I had gotten home and realized I had a few more questions, I just called her up. I also worked with Jason in finance. He was very honest and answered call my questions. He was even helpful when I had a hard time making some decisions without being persuasive. I definitely plan on going back to Ganley in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle. Very, very satisfied with my experience here! More

I traded my 2012 Honda (which I wasn't upside down in) When I left I was upside down $9,000! Being a woman, and having this experience, I will never get over it. I understand the making money part but being fair too. More
