Your negative equity on the trade-in vehicle was $5,551.00. You signed all the documents explaining the negative equity. We lowered your payment, got you into a vehicle with better gas mileage and lowered your cost of ownership. Our invitations to meet with you have been politely declined. We want you to know we are still open to such a meeting at any time.

I did not decline meeting with Ganley. I explained I would come up if you were willing to make things right. But I wasn't driving an hour away and wast a day unless it was going to be worth my time. I had phone conversations with Patrick and he explained a mistake was made, you signed the papers and I'm not doing anything about it.
