We had visited a few other dealers in NE Ohio but our experience upon entering the Ganley dealership was like no other. The show room was gorgeous and the Sales staff was terrific. Not only were they friendly and super accommodating, but they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. The Salesman who worked with us, Kyle Myatt, was very accommodating. He took the time to listen to our situation and cooperated with us to get the best deal in town! We felt very comfortable throughout the process and never were we pressured or intimidated into making a purchase. We had a trade-in that had some mechanical issues, and despite the reported issues, we still got top dollar for our trade-in. Kyle, and Sales Manager Ron Stease, really made this buying experience exciting for us and we left extremely happy. They took the time to talk to the both of us, which was very important to my wife. Other dealers we visited seemed to talk only at me, ignoring my wife in the process. They took the time to make sure she was happy and comfortable, especially during the test drive.
