I spoke with Patrick twice today. He was very friendly and offered me to come to the office to go through the paperwork and come to an agreement. I explained that I was very busy and would prefer to discuss on the phone a resolution and he was okay with this. He said that he needed to speak with Mr. Ganley who was aware of and personally involved with the issue, and would follow up with the next steps. The second call from Patrick was an offer for $500 refund and that was final. I refused, and explained that I want the original agreement I had with the Ganley Salesman George Davis, not anything more or less. He said that Ganley was not in position to honor the original agreement and we were unable to come to an agreement. I will continue my efforts to reach a resolution of the original agreement through other channels since Ganley Toyota is refusing to honor the original agreement.

Dear Sir, We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase before, during, and after the buying process. We deeply regret that you do not feel you got the deal you desired. During the closing process you were made an offer in writing twice and had the opportunity to review and sign that offer both times. When you called us after bringing your new vehicle home, our manager, Mr. Decker; offered to return your trade and nullify the deal if you were unhappy with the terms to which you had agreed. We were under no obligation to make that offer. You chose not to accept the offer to reverse the contract. Subsequently, an agreement was reached by both parties to resolve your concern. When you withdrew from this agreement, we made a second attempt to reach a resolution, but that offer was turned down as well. As you read our reviews, you can see that we strive to be upfront and transparent with everyone that walks through our doors. While we wish that we could have reached a resolution in this case, we feel we have dealt fairly and gone above and beyond in our attempts to remedy the situation.

Hi Patrick, the resolution you proposed was reimbursement of $500 of the $1,791.63 that was stolen from me. Your notion of the fact that I feel did not get "the deal I desired" is not an accurate statement. Correctly written, is that I did not receive the verbal contract terms I made with a Ganley employee. The response you provided does not confirm you researched this internally to find out what happened and identify who made the mistake and what you planned to make it right and ensure it won't happen again. Does anyone even know what happened? The response I am reading below is the same as it has been, "well you signed it", so we are back to square one. I agree, at this point we are unable to reach an agreement, but completely disagree with any reference to "fairness" in the resolution process. I am also very disappointed Mr. Ganley has not identified the internal issue and held his employees accountable for their mistake and/or fraudulent activities. Thank you for making an attempt, I will continue towards a resolution using other channels.
