Mr. Selby, As we explained to you at the time, the technician drove your vehicle on the freeway to make sure the squeak did not reoccur. We knew you were going on vacation and did not want you to be on the road and have the noise return. That;s why there were 19 miles on the vehicle. We still maintain that we did not damage your control arms. As for the ashes on your hood, no one is allowed to smoke around the vehicles. The call you refer to was terminated because it was clear to her that you were agitated and not listening to our manager. Your volume was so high that I heard you across the room. We have made several attempts to come to a mutually satisfactory solution. It seems every time you come to our dealership you have not been happy.. If you read the rest of our reviews, you’ll see most of our customers are very satisfied. We regret that we were not able to make you satisfied. Sincerely, P.J. O’Connor Customer Relations Manager

Patrick you are a liar and poor at your job.I asked that you not contact me again.But here you are contacting me.I never told anyone about a trip til days after in a email to Baum.I knew the seat was fixed the second I sat in it.My paperwork says nothing of you driving the car for 19 miles.It says the same mileage twice.TY for helping the lawsuit.I will be getting the alignment checked today,it was done on 9-1-16.Better hope it is not way off.
