From our first conversation I was very impressed with his communication skills, and professionalism. Several conversations later his tone never changed, which is why I decided to fly to Akron from Texas last Friday (Dec 9, 2016), in spite of having a bad cold and a touch of the flu, to see and purchase the vehicle; and flew back to Texas the following day. If Richard had not been as courteous and helpful as he was over the phone, there is no way that I would have flown to Akron and back to Texas the following day with or without a touch of the flu to any car dealership. Richard is a great asset to the Ganley team. I am very satisfied with the vehicle, but more satisfied with the service that Richard provided throughout the car buying process.
