From the moment I spoke with Ken Ganley and Ruth Ham, my family was treated with total respect and fairness. It was a pleasure to drive off with a quality vehicle in a Toyota and at the same time have such a positive car buying experience. Ruth Ham was both extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable. There was never a pressure tactic and after only a few minutes with Ruth, I knew she was someone I could trust. After offering an extremely fair and competitive price on the new car and trade-in, Ruth sat in the car with me and, with extreme patience, showed every feature of the car and answered every question. Ruth made the car buying experience fun and enjoyable, something every car dealership should strive for. We financed our car through Toyota and met with Allison. Allison not only obtained a great finance rate, she was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely efficient at her job. Allison offered us certain features to choose from and gave us no pressure to purchase. Finally, I have to speak of Ken Ganley. I have interacted with Ken each time I have purchased a car from Ganley Toyota and each time I have even more respect and admiration of him.
