When this problem was brought to our attention several months ago, we refunded every penny you paid and returned your trade-in vehicle to you with brand new brakes at no charge to you. We are not sure what else we could have done to correct the mistake that was made. Mistakes happen in every company. That does not mean there was fraudulent intent. We admitted there was a breakdown in our process and we have taken step to ensure that does not happen again. At your prompting, the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles sent investigators to our dealership to look into the incident. They found that a mistake was indeed made but nothing fraudulent occurred. They also concluded that we did everything properly to rectify the situation. With this in mind we have reached out privately to discuss this with you. Please call me at 330-733-7511.
