Our daughter was in desperate need of a car after an accident and not only did he find her a car that suited her needs, he found her one that exceeded her expectations at a more than reasonable price. With Nate Beaver's equally professional assistance, the entire purchasing process was expedited quickly and stress-free. What more could you ask of a dealership and its staff? They had everything ready to sign, explained everything well and my car looked immaculate when I got in it! The Sales Manager, Patrick, was so pleasant and willing to help get us the best price possible. Allie was so nice and efficient with all of the paperwork. Lucas explained all the details of the car - I am not a techie so it was nice to know what everything does! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this dealership in the future! The sales and ma Now a days, it seems all dealerships try to do everything they can to strip value from your trade-in and take you for all you've got. The sales and management at Ganley Toyota was the only team that treated me as a customer, and not just dollar signs and numbers on a sheet. They also weren't too pushy. With sales, it seems ingenuine to me if it becomes too pushy or if everything is taken from a print out of numbers and statistics. I would say this team at ganley is probably the most honest and "for the customer" bunch I've encountered at a car dealership. More
New car sales and the internet pricing.. Excellent experience on the pricing and purchasing side of things. Buying a new Rav4 from Ganley was an easy buying experience. I simply went to ther Excellent experience on the pricing and purchasing side of things. Buying a new Rav4 from Ganley was an easy buying experience. I simply went to there website, found the Rav4 I wanted and requested a quote. Their quote was 2,000 under the prices i was quoted from 2 other Toyota dealerships that I went to in person and no one at Ganley knew who i was. Based on this I showed up at the dealership, Hannah (Internet Manager) handed me off to Matt Ruff (Sales) to look over the Rav4 and test drive it. It was exact vehicle I looked at online, I sat down with Matt and went over the numbers. I am not the easiest consumer to deal with, I had to correct and clarify some of their math, but they understood and were more than willingly to address any question I had. They honored their Internet price, we talked about rebates, financing, and 2 extra items I wanted installed on the vehicle. They were flexible and we agreed to everything. I told Matt at the time I wanted to think about it for a day and would get back to him. We did all this in less than 90 minutes which includes the test drive. Needless to say, I emailed Matt the next day, told him I would take the deal and they moved forward with all the work. My wife and I came to the dealership after work, signed some papers, looked over the car, meet with Dan so he show me how everything worked on the vehicle(Thanks Dan) and I drove the vehicle home. Again around 90 minutes. The important thing for me in this first part of the process was they were truthful about their price and had the vehicle they said they did. I have not dealt with the service department yet, my hope is that it will be as positive an experience. I will be sure to leave additional feedback when that part of the process is completed. They have to install the roof rails and mud flaps. Follow up for the service department: The Service department service was excellent as well. Michelle called me on Friday to make arrangements to finish the work on my Rav4. She even had someone drive up to my Cleveland office, drop off a loaner, and drive my car back to the dealer to complete the work. By 4:00 PM she called saying they were done and the car was ready to be picked up. I drove the dealership, dropped off the loaner, drove my car home. You can't ask for more than that. No issues, kept their word and delivered excellent customer service. I look forward to continuing to do business with Ganley and when my wife is ready to let go of her 2009 Highlander.... I will be back. More
