Great experience in buying a car. I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander at Ganley Toyota of Akron. I was pleasantly surprised was moved with the respect and courtesy that I I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander at Ganley Toyota of Akron. I was pleasantly surprised was moved with the respect and courtesy that I received from the time I walked into the dealership until the time that I signed the contract and left with my new car. Dave Olson, the salesperson, was very understanding of my needs and did everything beyond expectations to help me find the right car and the fair price. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a car. His knowledge of available cars was exceptional. Also, I complement Amber Martin, the guest relations specialist, who went for a test drive with me and explained all the features of the car. She was very knowledgeable of the features of the car and was very patient in explaining everything to me. Also, I complement Patrick O'Connor for his warm welcome into the Toyota family, for his offer to help at anytime, and his concern that the total car was in good order. My experience in buying a car was a joy!!! More

I was in the market for a new car and would only buy a Toyota or Lexus. I wasn't sure on what model I wanted. I stopped at Ganley to test drive 4 different models to narrow down my search. Ryan and Lucas were so wonderful and helpful, I ended up buying a car that day. It was on a Sunday and they were short staffed and extremely busy, but Ryan and Lucas never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions. They were both wonderful and extremely helpful. I would definitely go back when I am in the market for a new car. More
Used Car Purchase John Decker, Used Car Sales Mgr, made the experience as smooth, quick, and easy as I think it could ever be. I knew exactly which car I wanted (from John Decker, Used Car Sales Mgr, made the experience as smooth, quick, and easy as I think it could ever be. I knew exactly which car I wanted (from their website) and what I was willing to pay. His finance person was able to get us decent financing very quickly, we came to agreement on price very quickly. I told him via telephone that as long as the car was as presented online, he had the sale. When I went to see the car, he had noticed a spot that needed some body work on the bumper and was having that completed without me having to point it out and ask. Everything was done as he said and when he said it would be. Later, when I discovered a problem with the stereo a few days after I took possession of the car, John had it replaced immediately with no protest or problem at all even though it was a used car. Best experience I have ever had in a dealership; absolutely, John Decker will be the first person I look for on the next purchase as we use our cars for work and never purchase new. More

I have been told things like; ' We have too many customers to provide the type of service Don Sitts does' (&@"?), '. Toyota declined to fix the rip in your upholstery because it was caused from you putting a car seat on it (. I guess I should have strapped my granddaughter to the roof?) ... I could go on and on. Today was my fourth appointment for the same issue. I currently have spent 8 hours there on this problem alone! At what point do I get considered an employee and start receiving a pay check? They do not care in the least about their customers! Stay away from this place! I wish I had. I am attempting to respond to Ganley's response to my review. Their inference that I am impossible to please did not escape my attention. While reading this I saw a previous review I gave Fred Martin....Lo and behold 5 Star! I have been hauling my son's Siberian Husky around and there was so much fur in my car I was coughing up hair xxxxx. I had resigned myself to it being my 'dog' car. Fred Martin did such a beautiful job I think it looks better than the day I bought it! When I dropped it off they offered me a ride (didn't need it). They were friendly, professional, truly kind and the facility is gorgeous. They were also $40 cheaper than their closest competitor. Don't go anywhere else, trust me! Great Experience! Worked with Roberto on the purchase of a 2015 Highlander, but before paperwork was signed I unfortunately changed my mind. Roberto was so gracious and understanding and still willing to help find the right car for me. He was so great I ended up buying a different Highlander through him instead! Would definitely recommend both Roberto and Ganley Toyota for anyone looking for a no pressure, pleasant car buying experience! More
It's back!! I purchased a 2011 VW Tiguan in June 2016. The second day, the check engine light came on. I had to have three temp tags until the issue was fixed. I purchased a 2011 VW Tiguan in June 2016. The second day, the check engine light came on. I had to have three temp tags until the issue was fixed. But it really wasn't fixed. Upon picking up my car, I noticed that down the side and across two doors (driver/passenger) there was a scrape that may have been made by a Lincoln SUV. When I questioned them about it, one of the people said "that wasn't there before" and the other stated that he had no idea how it got there. Getting back to the engine light, after the test by the county, the light came back on shortly thereafter. A rancid smell of burning oil emanates from the engine compartment after driving 8 to 10 miles. As well, I only get 8 to 10 miles per gallon (quite possibly less) and the engine light is still on. When using the MPG feature, it randomly shoots from number to number. I have been told by both a non-Ganley VW dealership and a Ganley-owned dealership that the problem was sludge. What will it take to fix my car? More

Wonderful Stopped in to look at a RAV4 was greeted immediately by salesperson Jim Steffen.
