It's back!! I purchased a 2011 VW Tiguan in June 2016. The second day, the check engine light came on. I had to have three temp tags until the issue was fixed. I purchased a 2011 VW Tiguan in June 2016. The second day, the check engine light came on. I had to have three temp tags until the issue was fixed. But it really wasn't fixed. Upon picking up my car, I noticed that down the side and across two doors (driver/passenger) there was a scrape that may have been made by a Lincoln SUV. When I questioned them about it, one of the people said "that wasn't there before" and the other stated that he had no idea how it got there. Getting back to the engine light, after the test by the county, the light came back on shortly thereafter. A rancid smell of burning oil emanates from the engine compartment after driving 8 to 10 miles. As well, I only get 8 to 10 miles per gallon (quite possibly less) and the engine light is still on. When using the MPG feature, it randomly shoots from number to number. I have been told by both a non-Ganley VW dealership and a Ganley-owned dealership that the problem was sludge. What will it take to fix my car? More

Wonderful Stopped in to look at a RAV4 was greeted immediately by salesperson Jim Steffen. They had everything ready to sign, explained everything well and my car looked immaculate when I got in it! The Sales Manager, Patrick, was so pleasant and willing to help get us the best price possible. Allie was so nice and efficient with all of the paperwork. Lucas explained all the details of the car - I am not a techie so it was nice to know what everything does! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this dealership in the future! The sales and ma Now a days, it seems all dealerships try to do everything they can to strip value from your trade-in and take you for all you've got. The sales and management at Ganley Toyota was the only team that treated me as a customer, and not just dollar signs and numbers on a sheet. They also weren't too pushy. With sales, it seems ingenuine to me if it becomes too pushy or if everything is taken from a print out of numbers and statistics. I would say this team at ganley is probably the most honest and "for the customer" bunch I've encountered at a car dealership. More
