Notes about our purchasing experience: They sell a lot of used vehicles and because we were out of state we bought the car over the phone and they had it ready for us to view in their building which was quite nice to be able to look over it inside once we got there. Everything else was pretty standard. The biggest negative was the vehicle mileage. Our used certified Toyota vehicle was advertised at 45,100 miles but when we showed up only a week after the last service on the carfax it had 46,600 miles on it. Their response was that their managers like to go out and "demo" them. They were not willing to discount the vehicle for this mileage. Im really not sure how in the world "demoing" a vehicle added up to 1500 more miles in a week. I would have expected a couple hundred tops for test driving...etc. In summary, I would purchase a vehicle here again, but be aware that it may have more miles than advertised. More

I wanted to buy my leased Toyota Corolla I ended up looking at the Toyota Camry's. My sales person Amber Martin was very polite and helpful! It was hard to turn in my lease car & espically m I ended up looking at the Toyota Camry's. My sales person Amber Martin was very polite and helpful! It was hard to turn in my lease car & espically my Chevy Silverado for a trade to purchase my Camry. Both cars had both sets of keys as I turned in. Yes i was a little disappointed my new car I again purchased came with only one key and no car floor mats? This was my third time dealing with Ganley Toyota in akron. If there is another attempt for buying another car from them I need to set my goals a little higher like another key and floor mats for every car I buy! More
