Love my 18 Camry XSE! I saw online that Ganley had the white Camry XSE that I was interested in since the car show in January. I sent an inquiry and was quickly contacted b I saw online that Ganley had the white Camry XSE that I was interested in since the car show in January. I sent an inquiry and was quickly contacted by Ruth. (***I live in Massillon and had contacted two other dealerships closer to home whom had the vehicle I was interested in. Ruth at Ganley contacted me first.) We set up an appointment for me to see the car. Ruth explained the details of the car and we went for a ride. She was like chit chatting with an old friend. We came back to the dealership and plugged some numbers. At that point, I'd changed my mind on color after seeing the black one on the showroom floor. She laughed at my indecisiveness and long story longer, I got the black Camry XSE. Everyone I worked with was fantastic. Allie in finance and Dan the technology man. (Funny side note that not many know... I actually went through a bit of depression after getting my Camry because I felt like I didn't deserve such a nice vehicle. This car is amazing. In hindsight, it seems silly but it was a real thing.) Ganley and Toyota have been in contact since the sale and I feel like both companies truly care. The car itself is incredible. More options than I know what to do with! My favorite is the Cockpit Red Leather. More

Jeff Carroll went on the test drive and answered ALL the questions I had! Very informative and personable! Made the experience very quick and painless! He went above and beyond and I appreciated that! Marco DiNunzio helped with papereork . He was also very informative and personable. Explained everything thoroughly and very helpful! Loved the whole experience! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! More
Good selection, no pressure sales on used vehicles Our overall experience with purchasing a certified used vehicle was very good, in fact, close to exceptional. Our sales and finance person was exceptional, however our purchase involved a trade-in of an older, but similar model to what I ended up purchasing. The only constructive feedback I can offer is there is an up-front, no-haggle policy in place, but I found out that the dealership manager originally came in quite low on my trade value. After several back and forth discussions the offer eventually came up to ~ the same suggested trade-in amount that KBB posted without increasing the price of the vehicle that I was purchasing. While I was extremely pleased with their ability to make this work this seems to be a common experience I've had with many other dealerships. I only wish dealerships would be much more accepting of KBB recommendations up front in situations where the dealer already knows that KBB estimate is accurate. That would save considerable time for everyone during negotiations. More

The dealership had closed, but we were still working out details. NOBODY got in a hurry....I'm in a service business as is my niece...you just take care of people and don't watch the clock. That was Darla and the dealership. Tried a couple of different vehicles but a Rav4SE in Electric Storm Blue was the hands down winner and it looks really really nice, too! Dealership was friendly and spotless...oh, that was the service area...the showroom is even nicer. Darla knew her vehicles and could assure my niece which one would be comparable to what she enjoyed about her Honda. We took test drives and Darla's advice was spot on. The safety features on the particular Rav4SE that she purchased were especially compelling. I have friends with Highlanders and they put over 200K on them. one being used as a "work truck". The delivery took longer than expected...lots of things on the RAV4 model and issues to get her new cell phone to pair with the on-board systems. No problem---the time was generously offered and used. Great experience. EVERYBODY was very nice.... More

Great Afternoon I was looking for a car so, I stopped by Ganley Toyota. Walk past a young lady sitting at a table and she asked if she could help me. About two hours I was looking for a car so, I stopped by Ganley Toyota. Walk past a young lady sitting at a table and she asked if she could help me. Super nice salesman with no runaround Wasn't car shopping, just drove by and saw a car that caught out attention. Asked the salesman a simple question and I got a simple honest answer. Went back the next day and inquired about the car and bought it. Very clean and well organized facility, wonderful staff, and there were no games or drama.
