Great Place to buy a car! We bought a used car from Ganley Toyota. The experience was great! Our Sales Consultant was Brian Elmore he was great. We came up to Akron from Columb We bought a used car from Ganley Toyota. The experience was great! Our Sales Consultant was Brian Elmore he was great. We came up to Akron from Columbus because they had the used car I was looking for, We contacted him by e-mil and then we drove up to look at the car. The price was great, no hassles, When we got there it was easy to buy the car. Also Brian stated he would mail second key to us, and sure enough a few days later we received the second key in the mail. I love the car Thanks Brian. Darlene More

Absolutely amazing Best dealership I’ve ever been to. The staff were all so caring and friendly. Ryan did everything he possibly could to make sure I Left happy, with a Best dealership I’ve ever been to. The staff were all so caring and friendly. Ryan did everything he possibly could to make sure I Left happy, with a brand new safe vehicle that I loved. He was so patient and understanding, and never once made me feel dumb or unwanted the way previous dealers did. Hands down the best place, I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere other than here again! More

My only suggestion is for the dealership to provide inexpensive totes for customers cleaning out their vehicles instead of a garbage bag. More

I will never use Toyota in the future Brian Elmore is the amongst the worst, not only did he spill something in my car and barely cleaned it up, the xxxxxxx actuallylooked me straight in t Brian Elmore is the amongst the worst, not only did he spill something in my car and barely cleaned it up, the xxxxxxx actuallylooked me straight in the face and lied to me about doing my credit check, he said they're going to do a soft inquiry, which in his words "is only I quick peak, It won't affect my credit score at all" lol, Brian elmore says, which of course it did.. my credit score droped down 6 points. so if you're looking to get lied to have your car messed up, by all means ask for Brian Elmore at Ganley Toyota More
