Colton, the Sales Rep, was Outstanding! He never dropped the ball from the first phone call until I picked up my car, often calling or texting me to give me images of cars that I was searc He never dropped the ball from the first phone call until I picked up my car, often calling or texting me to give me images of cars that I was searching for, and then updates after finding my new vehicle! The process took less than 2 days!! Also, Roberto, the Sales Manager, had to get involved since he was searching outside their Dealership. In addition, after me having to come back the following day, he had them fill my tank up again! Lucas, the CR manager who instructed me on the computer system was great too! Finally, the Financial Rep, made it easy and stress free going over options to finance my car. I would recommend this dealership with all there employees going above and beyond….. even the Service employees were friendly and accommodating! More
WOW! Was looking into a newer Tacoma, inquired about one via web. Was notified within 30 minutes, as expected. Jeremy in sales contacted me, seemed honest and straight forward. Was hesitant going in and listening to the normal xx. However, I didn't receive it at all. Was searching for a used 20-21 Tacoma and came upon a new '23 for not too much more as well. Went to 2-3 other dealers shopping around an no one compared to what Ken Ganley, and Jeremy did.
