James Reinart, General Sales Manager, Thomas Grandia, Parts Manager and Robert Swyts were all extremely informative, helpful and all-around pleasant. I had innumerable questions over a several day period and everyone answered ALL my questions and concerns pleasantly and with a sense of humor - which I like. The professionalism was a pleasant surprise. Mr. Reinart really worked to get payments within a certain budget for me and Mr. Swyts (previous owner) answered all my questions regarding the vehicle. There were things taken care of on this car that I did not expect to be covered by Ganley. THANK YOU! I would recommend anyone purchasing a Subaru to go to Wickliffe location. If I ever have to purchase another Subaru, I would come here! More

I brought the car in because it seemed the transmission was taking to long to switch from Reverse to Drive. I had to bring my Legacy in for a fluke issue with the oil level switch (metal debris in the oil was causing false reading). I was extremely satisfied with the service I received starting from the drop of oil level switch (metal debris in the oil was causing false reading). I was extremely satisfied with the service I received starting from the drop off, getting the loaner to the final repair and pick up of the car. The issue was explained to me clearly and in great detail. I was notified in every step of the process. It was nice to have been given the choice of leaving the car there until Thursday when the parts arrived or coming to pick it up being assured it was safe to drive and bring it back in when the parts arrived. I am over the moon for this dealership and with our new Legacy. I will and have recommended this dealership to others and hope that all my service experiences in the future are as great as this one.
