I took my '07 Legacy in for a grinding noise on the front passenger wheel. They gave me a '25 Imperza as a loaner. They had my car for 6 days. Their "Tech could not duplicate my concern". After several test drives and various inspections they returned my car to me at No Charge. I'm impressed at the dealerships honestly. I'm impressed with the Tech continuing to remedy my original concern, when the problem was not obvious or easy to find. They treated me the way I would treat any customer if I was the owner of this dealership! More

The staff at Ken Ganley Subaru Service in Wickliffe Ohio are far superior to any other dealership that I have dealt with before. They are very courteous; attentive to every detail; very communicative to kee are far superior to any other dealership that I have dealt with before. On top of that, the manager of the dealership came out to me while I was waiting ing the customer lounge just to welcome me and spent quality time with me to talk about just about everything outside of vehicle service.
