What this dealer has done and is going to be doing in the future is what others should strive for, all manufactures, not just Subaru. Even thru major network issues, the experience was still top notch. I only went in for service on my current Subaru and ended up with a new one! Subaru Adventure I found the staff amazingly friendly, smart, and patient, as I plodded along deciding on the exact car I wanted. After choosing the Subaru model and options I wanted my amazing Certified Specialist Brad Lunar accompanied me on a trip to my house. I needed to see if the Crosstrek model would fit in my 100 year old garage. It did. I loved the safety features and riding high off the road. So of course as a wise woman I proceeded to compare the Car with a Buick, Honda, Kia, Mitsu, and Hyundai all nice but not safe enough. Some were too big. Some had uncomfortable passenger rides. I test drove my car at least three times. I found the winner with Brad at Ganley Subaru East in Wickliffe Ohio just a few miles from my home in Euclid. Great staff. Great financing personal. Great rates. Best in safety. Love my car. More
