I was looking on line for an 08 Subaru Impeza. I saw that Ganley East in Wickliffe had one of the best prices. I looked at 3 dealers and made Ganley my last stop. The other 2 cars I looked at were dirty and Ganley East in Wickliffe had one of the best prices. I looked at 3 dealers and made Ganley my last stop. The other 2 cars I looked at were dirty and all scratched up. When I got to ganley I met with Kolin Sanders the Internet Manager, he was great. He showed me the carfax and all the service history on the car. Anything I needed they accomidated me with. The price was not the lowest but very close and the difference between the 3 cars I looked at were night and day as far as condition goes. I gladly payed $283.00 more for a car that was in fantastic shape. The manager Ernie Coon came out and helped me with my trade and did all the numbers right in front of me, not hiding in some back office like the other two dealers. I give them a 5 star rating. If you are considering a used vehicle call the guys at Ganley East they will take care of you.Thanks for the great car Kolin......... More

I just would like to reccomend this dealership to everyone. Andrew Anderson and Ernie Coon the Manager went above and beyond for me and my wife. They even shot a video of the WRX and emailed it to me everyone. Andrew Anderson and Ernie Coon the Manager went above and beyond for me and my wife. They even shot a video of the WRX and emailed it to me before I bought it. They were honest, sincere, and really made me feel good.
