After being disappointed at the Legacy models and pricing offered by my local dealers in Nashville, I found the exact model I wanted at a great price at Ganley Subaru East. I exchanged a few emails with Mike Kaminski in internet sales, we agreed upon a price, and I gave a deposit. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the 500 mile journey to Ganley to get my new car for three weeks. Mike was very patient and assured me that my car was off of the lot and in an unused building waiting for me to take delivery. I made my travel arrangements and Mike even picked me up at my hotel and took me to the dealership. As promised, the car was ready to go when I arrived, and the paperwork took a minimum amount of time. Just as I was getting ready to leave, I noticed a scratch in the paint. When it couldn't be buffed out, Mike offered to have the body shop touch it up for me, but I was eager to get on the road as I had a long trip home. As an alternative, Mike had a bottle of touch up paint sent to me. Great service from start to finish, and definitely worth the trip to buy from Ganley. More
I brought the car in because it seemed the transmission was taking to long to switch from Reverse to Drive. Even though my husband and I arrived at the dealership in the middle of a nasty snow storm, Kolin made the experience as smooth as possible. We had previously emailed him, letting him know what vehicle we were interested in, and he had it cleaned off and ready for a test drive. He and Rich in finance got us a great deal. No high-pressure tactics, and very friendly. We are very happy with our "new" used vehicle, and we will certainly recommend Kolin and Ganley to friends and family that are in the market for a vehicle. More

I had to bring my Legacy in for a fluke issue with the oil level switch (metal debris in the oil was causing false reading). I was extremely satisfied with the service I received starting from the drop of oil level switch (metal debris in the oil was causing false reading). I was extremely satisfied with the service I received starting from the drop off, getting the loaner to the final repair and pick up of the car. The issue was explained to me clearly and in great detail. I was notified in every step of the process. It was nice to have been given the choice of leaving the car there until Thursday when the parts arrived or coming to pick it up being assured it was safe to drive and bring it back in when the parts arrived. I am over the moon for this dealership and with our new Legacy. I will and have recommended this dealership to others and hope that all my service experiences in the future are as great as this one.
