To all concerned: Yesterday, an extremely cold and snowy day, we happened to be in the neighborhood of Wickliffe Subaru, and decided perhaps they could take us for servicing. And, yes, we were serviced wit day, we happened to be in the neighborhood of Wickliffe Subaru, and decided perhaps they could take us for servicing. And, yes, we were serviced within an hour or so by the technicians. Brandon was our contact, and he gave us the report, and also a bonus $50 discount. Our "wait time" was around an hour, on a busy afternoon. We received an excellent report on all aspects of our 2020 Outback Subaru and felt very relieved. Purchased a used vehicle and was assured it was in good working condition. Within less than 1 month of purchasing, my engine light came on. I took it in and they “took it to their mechanic” then proceeded working condition. Within less than 1 month of purchasing, my engine light came on. I took it in and they “took it to their mechanic” then proceeded to tell me they were going to clear the code and wanted me to drive it a few days and see if the light came back on. I told them how it was leaking coolant, the heat wasn’t working and a few other issues. They assured me it was safe to drive. They lied. Now less than 2 months of purchasing and I broke down on the freeway to find out I have a blown head gasket. I feel as though I’ve been scammed and the dealership isn’t even willing to help me. This has been an extremely upsetting experience. Never would I ever recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this facility. They should be ashamed of themselves! More
