I was very please with the outcome of the purchase. I went to two other dealerships prior to stopping in and Ganley was the only one who was out for the consumer and not the dealership. I had to bring my Legacy in for a fluke issue with the oil level switch (metal debris in the oil was causing false reading). I was extremely satisfied with the service I received starting from the drop of oil level switch (metal debris in the oil was causing false reading). I was extremely satisfied with the service I received starting from the drop off, getting the loaner to the final repair and pick up of the car. The issue was explained to me clearly and in great detail. I was notified in every step of the process. It was nice to have been given the choice of leaving the car there until Thursday when the parts arrived or coming to pick it up being assured it was safe to drive and bring it back in when the parts arrived. I am over the moon for this dealership and with our new Legacy. I will and have recommended this dealership to others and hope that all my service experiences in the future are as great as this one. We were searching for a clean, high-quality, low-mileage Lincoln MKT. We tried to find one locally (Detroit Metro area); however, it was impossible to meet the terrific deal Kolin @ Ganley Subaru of Wickliffe, Ohio offered us. We were extremely impressed with Kolin's professionalism, service and assistance. Over the phone, Kolin provided us with all of the information we needed on the vehicle, provided a free Car Fax report, and a great price range for our trade-in. A comparable deal in the Metro Detroit area was $6,000 more. Needless to say, the deal Kolin offered made it well worth our trip to Ohio. When we arrived,, we were greeted by the friendly folks @Ganley, a vehicle that was in spotless condition, and no unexpected surprises on our trade-in. We have never had such an honest, up-front, straight-forward used vehicle purchase experience. It was a delightful experience - which restored our faith in the used-car sales market. WOW - if all of our experiences were like this one, we would have purchased far more vehicles over the years - instead of dreading it and wondering if we were getting a fair deal. Had been searching for some time for a late model, low mile Toyota Solara convertible for my wife, at a price that wouldn't make me ill. Locally in and around Houston, they all seemed to have mileage at o mile Toyota Solara convertible for my wife, at a price that wouldn't make me ill. Locally in and around Houston, they all seemed to have mileage at or around 100K and/or be priced at and above $15.5K. I felt there was one out there if I could find it. Almost had one (via internet) out of Baton Rouge, La but it got sold. I then found this '04 Solara convertible at Ganley on the internet. Immediately emailed Kolin Sanders about it and from the very start he was completely up front, open and told me anything I inquired about the vehicle. It had been taken in trade for a new Subaru purchase. I NEVER buy a used car without an indepedent inspection and arranged one with a local area mechanic shop, then notified Kolin and he had the vehicle take to my selected shop. One small issue was found which I asked be addressed was repaired for me at no cost. I purchased the car for just under $13K cash long distance, exchaning papers and funds via FedEx, then arranged for shipment. Kolin (and Steve Johnson - finance manager) coordinated everything with me and the trucking shipper and it all went off like clock work. As a final "customer service" item, the tonneau cover of the car was not in it when it got here; I asked Kolin to please find it, and he learned that the original owner when trading had forgotten to include it and had promised to get it to Ganley. After I tracked down the owner and spoke with him, Kolin actually went to his house to get the cover, then he and Russ McCoy (parts department) boxed it up and shipped it to Houston. I cannot extend enough compliments and appreciation for the personal and professional way my long distance, internet purchase was handled. Kudos to Kolin Sanders and the folks at Ganley. No doubt a one time deal for me, but they deserve the praise nonetheless. More
I was looking on line for an 08 Subaru Impeza. I saw that Ganley East in Wickliffe had one of the best prices. I looked at 3 dealers and made Ganley my last stop. The other 2 cars I looked at were dirty and Ganley East in Wickliffe had one of the best prices. I looked at 3 dealers and made Ganley my last stop. The other 2 cars I looked at were dirty and all scratched up. When I got to ganley I met with Kolin Sanders the Internet Manager, he was great. He showed me the carfax and all the service history on the car. Anything I needed they accomidated me with. The price was not the lowest but very close and the difference between the 3 cars I looked at were night and day as far as condition goes. I gladly payed $283.00 more for a car that was in fantastic shape. The manager Ernie Coon came out and helped me with my trade and did all the numbers right in front of me, not hiding in some back office like the other two dealers. I give them a 5 star rating. If you are considering a used vehicle call the guys at Ganley East they will take care of you.Thanks for the great car Kolin......... More
