James Reinart, General Sales Manager, I came in to buy a lug nut for an existing car (1999 model) and ended up with a 2008 Forester and a GREAT deal! James Reinart, General Sales Manager, Thomas Grandia, Parts Manager and Robert Swyts were all extremely informative, helpful and all-around pleasant. I had innumerable questions over a several day period and everyone answered ALL my questions and concerns pleasantly and with a sense of humor - which I like. The professionalism was a pleasant surprise. Mr. Reinart really worked to get payments within a certain budget for me and Mr. Swyts (previous owner) answered all my questions regarding the vehicle. There were things taken care of on this car that I did not expect to be covered by Ganley. THANK YOU! I would recommend anyone purchasing a Subaru to go to Wickliffe location. If I ever have to purchase another Subaru, I would come here! More

The people are all courteous and professional, yet super FRIENDLY. The salesman I had the pleasure of buying from was Brad Lunar. Brad does not sell cars - he custom fits a car to an individual! He is able to do this because he takes the time to get to know you and truly listens to what you want and can afford. There was no pressure at all. NONE! He is in contact with you before the purchase, and also after, so that thre are no problems.. He drives the cars that he sells and is very thorough in all facets of your car buying experience. I highly recommend Ganley Subaru East and Brad Lunar. More

Driving La Vida Techno Almost two weeks into my Subaru leasing experience, everything seems to be cruising along smoothly. Brad Lunar was great to work with - so cheerful, e Almost two weeks into my Subaru leasing experience, everything seems to be cruising along smoothly. Brad Lunar was great to work with - so cheerful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He knows I'm a bit daunted by all the technology features on my new 2017 Subaru Legacy (my last car did not even have bluetooth capability) and he has offered to be my ongoing IT consultant as questions may arise. So far, I am happy to report, I am managing on my own fairly well. Sean Marn in finance made document signing as easy and efficient as possible, which I greatly appreciated. I was really struck but how amazingly clean the dealership is, particularly in the service area. I felt I could drop something on the floor and still safely eat it even after a little more than 10 seconds had elapsed. I look forward to revisiting this dealership many times in the future as I continue to grow into my Subaru family experience. More
Traveled 4 hours to find out we were lied too! Earlier this week I saw an add on Craigslist for a 2014 Durango at this dealership. When I looked on the website it wasn't listed on there so I texte Earlier this week I saw an add on Craigslist for a 2014 Durango at this dealership. When I looked on the website it wasn't listed on there so I texted the number in the morning that was with the listing and was texted back by Ken shortly after saying it was still available. Later that day my husband called Ken and asked that even though the Durango wasn't listed on the website if it was still for sale. He responded with " Yes, its still for sale, I'm in a test drive with some costumers right now but I will call you after with details for you." We quickly got a babysitter for our kids and jumped in the car and drove 2 hours only to pull in and see someone loading up the Durango to leave. We asked them if they had just bought it and the gentlemen responded with, " no I bought it yesterday, I'm just getting around to picking it up." Needless to say we were livid!!! When Ken finally came out to talk to us he fed us every excuse trying to put the blame on anyone else ( no one took it out of the system, management told him several times it still was for sale, etc.) My husband and I asked TWICE that day if it was available and were lied too, because of which we WASTED 5 hours out of our day, and $40+ in fuel, management never came out to speak to us about the matter either. Not to mention it has been 3 days since this happened and the add is STILL on craigslist!!! Awful Awful Awful experience, very unprofessional and will never be buying from here! More
