Subaru Adventure I found the staff amazingly friendly, smart, and patient, as I plodded along deciding on the exact car I wanted. After choosing the Subaru model and options I wanted my amazing Certified Specialist Brad Lunar accompanied me on a trip to my house. I needed to see if the Crosstrek model would fit in my 100 year old garage. It did. I loved the safety features and riding high off the road. So of course as a wise woman I proceeded to compare the Car with a Buick, Honda, Kia, Mitsu, and Hyundai all nice but not safe enough. Some were too big. Some had uncomfortable passenger rides. I test drove my car at least three times. I found the winner with Brad at Ganley Subaru East in Wickliffe Ohio just a few miles from my home in Euclid. Great staff. Great financing personal. I normally dread dealing with car salesmen, however, I left this dealership with nothing but smile I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I normally dread dealing with car salesmen, however, I left this dealership with nothing but smiles. I worked with Ken on purchasing a 2013 Nissan Juke and it couldn't have been any easier. Upon arriving at the dealership, everyone was friendly, attentive and ready to help me find what I was looking for. They were eager to show me the car and even offered to let me keep it overnight if I needed to in order to get a better feel for the car, which I loved because it showed me that they had nothing to hide regarding their inventory. The test drive was pressure free also, so that just made my decision even easier. Once we settled on a price that I was comfortable with, Ken made sure that I had to do as little paperwork as possible and worked to get me on my way as soon as possible, which was great being that I drove 200 miles just to look at this particular vehicle. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Thumbs up Ken! More
