Good experience except for one thing. In December of 2016, I was looking for a 2014 Certified Subaru Forester. Ganley East had two. Scheduling a visit, I spoke with Alexandra, who was very friendly. Arriving at the dealership, both vehicles were nicely prepared. I drove both vehicles accompanied by my salesman, Jack Crouch, who was a nice guy, kind of rough around the edges, but O.K. Preferred one of the vehicles and the purchase deal was written. They were very helpful, especially with my trade-in, and helping me transfer my belongings from it to my newly purchased Forester. The part of the experience that has left a "bad taste in my mouth" was after the purchase agreement had been written. Before I could sign it, Lou Monaco, the used car manager, appeared with another purchase agreement. This one included a new $1300 line item for the Subaru extended warranty program. Whereas the program covered a lot, I did not want the program but chose to rely on the work done to this vehicle for it be a Certified vehicle and the general, reliability of Subarus. However, when I met with their financial person to he told me that because of some special thing, he could offer that same Subaru extended warranty program for $999. This part of the dealer experience began to stink like a scam. What if I had taken the bait from Lou and paid an additional $301 for the same program. I, again, declined the extended warranty program. It's a shame to have a good experience be tainted by that kind of auto dealer B.S. More

A pleasant suburu experience When I was in the market looking for a new car, at first I never considered a suburu. I was always a GM person. So earlier this year my girlfrien When I was in the market looking for a new car, at first I never considered a suburu. I was always a GM person. So earlier this year my girlfriend bought a Suburu forester from Ganley and she simply loves it. So that set the wheels in motion when I was in the market for a new vehicle. Remembering the pleasant experience my girlfriend had I also decided to look at Suburu. The sales consultant Brad was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars that were on the lot. He answered all my questions and was very professional throughout the car buying experience. Buying a car can be a long process with many big decisions, but Brad and the staff at Suburu east made the process easier. Thank you! More
excellent experience purchasing 1st subaru i recently purchased my first subaru from this dealership. my salesman was Brad Lunar, who is one of my good friends. i trusted him from the get go wi i recently purchased my first subaru from this dealership. my salesman was Brad Lunar, who is one of my good friends. i trusted him from the get go with helping me get into a newer car than what i had that was more suitable for the northeast ohio weather. i settled on a 2013 subaru crosstrek. throughout the whole process, brad helped me out every step of the way and provided me with just about everything i could possibly want to know about this vehicle. I knew from the start that i made the right choice by going to Ganley and having Brad as my salesman. his knowledge of the vehicles is beyond what anybody could reasonably expect. He went above and beyond to help me get the best price possible and made the process super easy. im definitely happy i came here and had brad as my salesman. keep up the good work guys!!!!! More

When I reached out to him last week, he was able to access all my info from when he previously saw the car, which got us off the ground running . He made the deal happen quickly and within my budget. I laid out my preferred options, and I was guided to a car that met all my requirements without feeling I was being pressured to buy more than I wanted. I was treated with respect, and listened to carefully. I was given all the time I needed for test driving. Sales staff were professional and respectful. I was very happy with the treatment I received, very satisfied with pricing, and with the efficiency of the staff in handling the transaction. Great job! More

A Wonderful Experience! I was looking to replace my Ford Explorer with something more reliable, with better gas mileage, and more features. The 2017 Subaru Foresters caught m I was looking to replace my Ford Explorer with something more reliable, with better gas mileage, and more features. The 2017 Subaru Foresters caught my attention and my boyfriend, who loves Subaru, insisted I try one out because he knew I'd love it. He was right! We arrived at Ganely Subaru East about 20 minutes before they closed on a Monday night. Brad didn't seem bothered by our late arrival and was, in fact, more than happy to help us! They didn't have any of the Foresters I wanted specifically but we test drove a used 2015. I LOVED it! Brad was so informative and helpful before, during and after the test drive. He made us comfortable and was so funny! It was a wonderful experience dealing with him. The Forester I wanted had to be searched for so all in all it took a month for the car to arrive, but it was nobody's fault--I wasn't willing to settle for anything but what I wanted. Brad checked in throughout the month, gave me updates, was never upset or bothered when I texted him a hundred times about the car. He was fantastic and made me grateful I picked this dealership to go to instead of another. The day I picked up the car, the day after Christmas, the dealership was very busy but nobody rushed us. We never felt like they just wanted us out of the way so they could move on to the next customer. Brad took the time to show us the whole Service department and all the features in my car. He even paired my phone up for me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Besides the wait, which (as I said) was not Ganely's fault, this whole experience was perfect! I will definitely go back to Brad whenever I decide to buy another Subaru and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone! More

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt very at ease. I was greeted by a friendly face, Brad Lunar. I told him what I was interested in, and he was very knowledgeable in the the model I wanted to look at. There was specific equipment that I wanted on my vehicle, and he went above and beyond to find it for me at another dealership in another state. He took me on a tour of the dealership and introduced me to many staff members and they were all very courteous and friendly. When the day came to pick up my SUV, Brad thoroughly explained all the options and functions, most of which I don't remember, but will be reading the manual. I am so happy I chose Ganley Subaru because it was one of the best experiences in buying a car that I ever had. More
