We talked for a bit about what I needed and his suggestions were spot on. I walked in at 10 AM and was done and driving home before Noon. Everyone at Ganley East was courteous and helpful. I called and e-mailed the Internet sales manager to ask for pricing and she apologized and said she would take car of it. Never did. Surprisingly Surprised! My husband wanted to "check out" this dealership since he frequents the area on business trips. We were in immediate need of a new lease since our current car had maxed the mileage. Brad greeted us at the dealership door and I was so impressed with his friendliness and the clean atmosphere of the showroom and service area. We had an intense education of the Legacy and its mechanical attributes. A co-worker of mine has a Legacy and she told me how safe she feels in the winter time. Brad explained how that mechanically happens and that only confirmed my choice! I didn't think I could get heated seats since I wasn't going to spend the money on another "package" to get them. Surprise, surprise! The Legacy has cloth heated seats! YES! I've met a few people who have owned a Subaru and testified of it's safety without being asked.....a surprise! Subaru customer for life I purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester Limited in November 2016 and instantly fell in love. It was a safe, quality vehicle for transporting my family. In April 2017, we were hit out of nowhere and the Forester was totaled... but my family, including my toddlers who were both in the car, walked away without bump, bruise, or scratch. The phrase "A Subaru will give its life to save yours" is more than just a slogan. It's the truth. Today I walked into Ganley Subaru looking for a replacement because I knew after an accident like that there was no other vehicle I wanted for my family. Brad was extremely friendly, fair, and accommodating and Sean was helpful as well in terms of discussing my financial options and what I was looking at price wise. I drove home in another 2014 Forester and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for your help, guys! More
