In my experience, buying a new car has always been a very stressful process, where I felt like I had to make concessions in order to walk away with a car. This was certainly not the case at Ganley Subaru East. We were instantly greeted when we walked in the door and were introduced to Josh Federico. The entire process, from the test drive to the financing, was phenomenal. Josh was able to answer any questions we had and was very professional and personable; it felt like we were car shopping with a good friend and not a complete stranger. The Sales Manager, Mike Kaminski, was also very helpful, especially when it came to number crunching. I really appreciated the follow-up phone call Josh made to us to just check in, see how we were liking the car, and if we had any further questions. Because such trust was established, I'm looking forward to bringing both my new Crosstrek and my older Outback here for service. We will certainly come back to visit Josh and Mike for our next vehicle. More

It was important for me Brad Lunar was my product specialist for a recent purchase of a 2016 Crosstrek, a trade-in on a lease that was soon to expire. It was important for me to get my monthly payments down to a certain amount maximum given that I have some significant health-related bills. He and the team at Wickliffe made it happen and I am very grateful for this. My Crosstrek is a very satisfying car. It handles well, looks good, and has the flexibility to enable me to transport significant amounts of artwork and supplies related to my work. Love the all-wheel drive especially, and the well organized dash. Again, I very much appreciate Brad working to make this happen. He is a pleasure with which to work. More
