With our recent purchase, Gino was the first salesman we met. Shortly after meeting him, Gino had to leave us to help an earlier customer. Gino introduced us to Brad who we worked with until our purchase of an Outback was complete. Brad was great!! He was informed, helpful and very kind. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning and answered our questions with knowledge and honesty. With the help of Mike Kaminski we purchased the car at a price we appreciate. Trading in our former car went smoothly. We thought we would have to order the car we wanted, but they had a close-enough car in stock, so we left the dealership that night with a car we love. He sold me a service package and maintenance agreement that I didn't realize were optional. Great My lease on my Subaru was up and Brad helped me get into a new lease and was hassle free! I dread going to the dealership and they play the game of go My lease on my Subaru was up and Brad helped me get into a new lease and was hassle free! I dread going to the dealership and they play the game of going back and forth with the finance manager (and making more drama than needed). This was not the case. We told him what we were looking for and he came back w/an offer and we needed to tweak it once, but that was not bad. I hope that Brad is there in three years when my lease is up. Katie More
