Aramis Greenwood in the finance department had run all of the numbers it was a sign on the line transaction. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone who is looking for a new car. Gino Palombo and Brandon Miles were outstanding I was in parking lot for less than 5 minutes where I was greeted my a nice, well dress gentlemen. He ended up being my salesmen. The lot was well maintained and organized with different models. The showroom was fancy, clean, high tech, and offers free refreshments. The bathroom were also well maintained and clean. They even had a doogie bowl out for free water for our pets. I was paired also with the used car salesmen since he had been reaching out to me. I will go on and on about Brandon Miles. He is young and age and maybe experience but he is the nicest young gentleman ever ! I had a friend who I possible going to buy a ford from, but he couldn't even have the courtesy of calling me back. Brandon, on the other hand was consistent. He made regular calls throughout the week. He pulled cars I might be interested in. And finally was trying to make an appointment for me to come in to the used car dealership to look. My experience was great. I ended up buying a used crosstrek, and I love it. My other salesmen Gino Palombo went over and beyond trying to make me happy. I had a few scratches and one ding that Gino buffed out himself when I when back two days later to discuss a few issues I had. Now that is SERVICE ! The two gentlemen worked together great and both stayed the entire time I was there, which was over two hours. Gino, was actually late for his own daughter birthday party because he wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and all my questions were answered. Both of these gentlemen are fairly new to this Subaru dealership and they deserve a raise. The dealership should be proud to have them part of their staff. More

Stereotype of used car sales fulfilled If they were intending to look like the greasy salesman in the "Used Cars" movie, they succeeded. Short of the car being entirely painted, it was not If they were intending to look like the greasy salesman in the "Used Cars" movie, they succeeded. Short of the car being entirely painted, it was not as represented on the phone. We came from one state away, an 8 hour drive to purchase a specific vehicle. We were told on the phone, "its a car you will be very happy with in person.". We arrived, in snowy conditions to look at the vehicle. Several issues cropped up immediately. The fender was misaligned and rubbing against the door. They were kind enough to have the vehicle on the lift as requested, ready for us to inspect when we arrived. We found undisclosed structural damage on the side of the vehicle where the fender was misaligned. As soon as the vehicle was taken out for a test drive, the check engine light came on, and the vehicle had a misfire. The test drive also revealed a noise in the transmission. When we returned, and highlighted these issues to our salesman, he continued to repeat "Its a 17 year old car, you should expect some wear issues." We weren't complaining about miscellaneous scratches and dings on the vehicle, or the misaligned interior trim, or the blown radio speaker, we expected those kind of "wear issues". We made a lower offer than the agreed upon price. They came down another $200 off the previously agreed price, but not the $700 concession we had asked for all the new "wear issues". I explained that the check engine light required repairing in order for our car to pass the state inspection. Our salesman acted like he had no idea this would be the case. Earlier, I had asked one of the technicians in the shop, and he confirmed the check engine light cannot be on to pass Ohio state inspection. Furthermore, they offered no concession or remedy for the engine light repair. To feign indifference and lack of knowledge is an insult to your customer's intelligence. "We had no idea that would happen when you arrived." is all they could muster about the misfire. They had told us over the phone the car had been through the shop. Surely this issue should have been noted, as well as the two blown tag lights. We had called on Monday, and confirmed we were coming that Saturday. They had several days to make sure the car was right before our arrival. To drive the point home that this dealer is only in it for the money, they refused any further negotiation after the $200 concession was made. I told them it would cost $400 to repair the misfire (intake manifold), and that it was only reasonable to compensate us fairly for that repair, excepting the other issues we found with the car. Our salesman began talking about his place in Florida, and golfing on this cold blustery day. Proving the salesman were only there to make another payment on their golf equipment, they held tight to their $200 and would not bargain further or offer further remedy. This story is not sour grapes. All of this is 100% true from the customer perspective. We came to this dealer believing the salesman on the phone, believing the photos and video they had posted online. We wanted the car to be everything they said it was. Instead we came home with a vehicle that was 3/4 of our expectation, and bad taste in our mouths. More
