Best car buying experience ever! Gino listened to us and immediately knew the car and trim level we would be interested in. 2019 Subaru Ascent I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru star I ordered a new 2019 Ascent from Brad Lunar of Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe back in February 2018 (the first week Subaru was taking orders). Subaru started making deliveries in June and I received the 3rd Ascent received by Ganley in Wickliffe. Brad and Mike Kaminski kept me informed throughout the process and while they weren't offering any deals on the Ascent due to the high demand and limited production, they did work with me on the trade of my 2016 Outback. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and while the process is always a little painful, dealing with the guys at Ganley Wickliffe is relatively pain-free. The 2019 Ascent is the 2nd Subaru, I've purchased from Ganley Wickliffe and the 6th Subaru that I've owned in my lifetime. I love the car and its a good group of people at Ganley Wickliffe. They are low pressure and well informed. More

She was informative, and was able to work out a better price on my 2018 WRX after we spoke. This all happened very quickly and efficiently, I could tell they were willing to work to earn my business! When I went to the dealership I worked with Robert Swyt, who did an amazing job of walking me through all of the technology and safety features while finance was worked out and the vehicle was detailed. He also did a nice hands-on demonstration once I took possession of the car, so I was road-ready and comfortable with my new ride immediately! More

He answered my many questions and explained features of the vehicles which I was looking at. He remembered details I had expressed as being important to me and helped me find the right vehicle which would match my requirements. Professional and polite to my husband and son who accompanied me. There was no pressure which had been a worry to me. When the deal was complete, he assisted me in clearing all my belongings out of my other car. He offered to transfer my plate cover to my new car and said if I bought a new cover later he would help me to place it on the car. He reviewed the features I would need to know to be comfortable driving my new vehicle. Brad is the BEST and I would recommend him and this dealership as it made my car buying experience so positive. More
