Won't Go Anywhere Else I was referred to Brad Lunar when I went shopping for a newer car. I haven't bought a car off of a dealership in 10+ years, I however found myself needing a newer and more affordable car. The reason I chose Ganley Subaru East was they're military friendly, are the employer of one of my troops and never gave them a problem with taking time off for military duty. Ganley Subaru East is an excellent dealership and I never felt out of place or pressured/harassed. They even offered up lunch while I was waiting for the paperwork to be completed on my purchase. Subaru Forester We inquired online and received an excellent E-Price from DJ Mason at the Ganley East dealership on the Subaru Forester we really wanted. When we arrived to discuss the offer, we were turned over to Marlene Seelig, our salesperson. Marlene was very nice, however we didn't think she was knowledgeable enough about her product. She got frustrated when we questioned some details about the vehicle/deal and became a little condescending, When we arrived to pick up our Forester the following week, the detailing for delivery left a lot to be desired, with fingerprints on the windows and a large dead bug inside the car on the front passenger mat. Nevertheless, we are very happy with our Subaru Forester and with Ganley East. More
