Pleasant and informative When I walked into Ganley Subaru a week and a half ago I was greeted by Robert. I knew the car I wanted and knew it was on the lot due to my checking When I walked into Ganley Subaru a week and a half ago I was greeted by Robert. I knew the car I wanted and knew it was on the lot due to my checking the internet earlier. Robert graciously brought the car to the front of the dealership so I could take a test drive. After a great test drive we worked out a fair price for a lease. Robert then went over all the systems on the car. He has a great knowledge of the Starlink system and I realized that there wasn't enough time in the day to go over all of it. I enjoy reading the manuals, so this was no problem. He also went over the vehicle warranty and asked if had any questions. He told me to call him on his cell phone if I did have any future questions and I took him up on that later. To summarize, I had an excellent experience at Ganley Subaru and am very happy with my new Impreza Sport. More

Wonderful experience I had been looking for a specific configuration for my 2018 Crosstrek. I searched dealer websites all across northeast Ohio to find my choice. And it I had been looking for a specific configuration for my 2018 Crosstrek. I searched dealer websites all across northeast Ohio to find my choice. And it was coming to Ganley Wickliffe. I live in Westlake which is across town so had not been in that area often but found it easy to get to. My sales representative, Brad Lunar, was extremely helpful in getting this model on-hold for me, even calling and working long distance while on vacation!! I much appreciated his dedication and help. Allie Scali was also instrumental in getting me information both before, during and after the sale. I felt that this dealership was looking out for me, not just to sell me any car on their lot but to make sure that it was the exact car I wanted. Kudos to Ganley Wickliffe! I might just find the drive a fun excursion when the car needs servicing. I believe that this is a dealership that truly cares about their customers and truly wants to be sure that they are happy.
