There is a positive, friendly atmosphere at Ganley Subaru East. Everyone we met was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We felt like valued customers! We were in a bit of a time crunch, as we had planned only to take a test drive and get some information, but Brad was super accommodating in getting our deal done, and very patient in setting up/demonstrating the technology and features of our brand new Forester! PAINLESS NEW CAR BUYING! Our entire family (my wife and I, our 45year old son, and our 49 year old daughter) have owned Subarus since 1994, so there was no question as to what Our entire family (my wife and I, our 45year old son, and our 49 year old daughter) have owned Subarus since 1994, so there was no question as to what we were to buy, only where, which, and how much we would spend. The dealership with which we had previously dealt for years had changed ownership, so we felt no compunction to deal exclusively with them. We did our homework and decided exactly what we wanted (Blue Outback Limited without a moonroof-hard to find), and established a price range before we started visiting dealers in person. After visiting and talking with a few dealerships, we walked in to Ganley East and were introduced to James Callendar. James is young, personable, and knowledgeable concerning Subarus. After some chatter and the obligatory test drive, we started talking price and options. A previous dealer had tried to sell us up on a moonroof by claiming that Outback Limiteds only came that way, a tactic that turned me off immediately. James acknowledged that most Limiteds delivered did have a moonroof, so he might have to hunt around to find exactly what we wanted, but that was "no big thing." Within ten minutes of talking, we had our car, in our price range, and a deal. He called the next day to say the car had been located, delivered, and was being prepped for pickup! The delivery experience was easy too. When we came in, the car was sitting there ready to go. James went through all the features, showed us how to use the -new to us- electronics, and even paired up my cellphone. IN SUMMARY, WE'VE NEVER HAD AS PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, PAINLESS AND COMPLETE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. More

Brought it to them and took weeks to get in and admit an issue. Trans had gears worn from a bad clutch in the car. They let a level 1 tech open my trans and he may have damaged it. Wouldn’t even attempt second repair. Not willing to help me at all. I was calm as long as I could be. Hard when they sell you a broken car and won’t admit it. Next repair 16,000 was not allowed to come back to Ganley East after Phil the service manager calling me a terrorist and saying I’m not allowed back. sales team makes harassing comments on customers Facebook posts. Technicians take customers cars on joy rides through parking lot. They lie and ignore you till you leave them alone. DO NOT GO HERE Subaru is not helping either. More

Treasured Sunglasses Found!!! While at Ganley Subaru East, Friday, January 11th, I managed to lose a pair of my very, very favorite sunglasses. I contacted the dealership, when I While at Ganley Subaru East, Friday, January 11th, I managed to lose a pair of my very, very favorite sunglasses. I contacted the dealership, when I discovered my loss; but you know how things like this go...you hope for the best, but at the same time, you realize that the likelihood is that your sunglasses are gone...you realize that if someone spotted your prized glasses, he or she would probably just keep them. Well, at Ganley Subaru East, when Brad Lunar was informed of my loss, he scoured the dealership, at first, without any luck...yet, he continued to check, trying to locate my glasses. Low and behold, Franco, an employee at Ganley Subaru East had found my glasses, on the floor where I apparently had dropped them. Franco turned my glasses into the cashier, and when Brad's search took him to the cashier, there they were...safe and sound. Brad sent me a text with a picture of the glasses and the message: "Look what I found turned into cashier." I could hardly believe my good luck...I have to say that all of this helps to restore my faith in our society...which is not always so honest and kind. I think the fact that Brad searched for my glasses and the fact that Franco turned in my glasses says a LOT about who these two gentlemen are, but it also says a LOT about the culture of Ganley Subaru East. And, BTW, the showroom and customer lounge has all the creature comforts a customer could possibly want! More

I am an "old pro" when it comes to car purchasing, and Ganley is sincerely the best group of people I have ever encountered at a dealership. Marlene greeted me and then Kayli took it from there. She was not at all pushy, but her consistence and persistence won me over. She listened to my every concern and question and followed through with every little detail. Plus of course the features on my beautiful 2019 Legacy Limited were hard to resist. Although it was hard giving up my 2010 Legacy Limited, I knew it would end up with the right owner.
