Brad found the model, package, and colors that we wanted at a different dealer and had it delivered the next business day. Brad spent time walking through different payment options, leasing, used, new, down payment amounts to help us find a monthly payment that fit our budget. Great experience with Brad. I picked up the car after work and Brad stayed to show me important features and help me sync my bluetooth for the first time. We also had our 10 month old with us during the whole conversation. I went to three other Subaru dealerships in the Cleveland area before going to Ganley East; I live on the west side of town. All three tried to pressure me into buying a vehicle other than the one I told them I wanted. I walked out each time, refusing to give them my business. Brad was a breath of fresh air. He worked with the information I gave him and came back with the exact car I wanted. He was friendly, genuine, extremely knowledgable about the product, and delivered exceptional customer service.
