The most important part of this, is he kept following up with me, not badgering, but showing me he was really interested in a sale, and making me feel confident in my decision. I feel I am a very informed buyer and I was able to negotiate to a better than average price each time. I did not have to go into the dealership until the deal was closed and it was time to pick up the car. They were properly prepared when I arrived and the total time in the dealership was just over 1 hour. Very pleased with this buying process. More
