The difference this time is that we feel that we now also have a long-term relationship with the dealer and our sales rep and other folks we encountered. The sense is that they will continue to be there for us long after the sale. Brad worked well with us and was respectful of our needs and our timeline, as well as providing the information and accommodations we requested. He even offered to help us sync our testy garage door opener. That hasn't yet happened, but I"m certain it will, since he consistently has kept his promises. Pricing was hassle-free, as was delivery. No negatives to mention at all. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. More

They are knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and exceptionally customer oriented. They went out of their way to make sure that not only we were happy with the automobile purchase, but that everthing about the new vehicle was perfect. It was a superb experience working with Brad Lunar, Nick Villella, and Jim Gentile. There were others in the background that made it all happen superbly too, but there are too many on the team to mention them. We have purchased two vehicles from Ganley Subaru East, Wickliffe, and anticipate many more in the future. It is not enough to just have a great vehicle, but the customer experience made everything truely AWESOME! More

First time going to a dealership with the intention of buying a car and let’s just say it was amazing. The dealership was very clean and welcoming from the second I pulled in as well as how everything was buying a car and let’s just say it was amazing. The dealership was very clean and welcoming from the second I pulled in as well as how everything was laid out. I went in to buy a used 2017 WRX and left with a 2020 WRX. Brad was an amazing salesman and very personal through the entire experience. Not once did he try and push anything for me to go with another model or pay for something I wasn’t comfortable with. Brad and the sales manager Mike were very helpful and were able to work with me to get everything into a good position in order to take on this 2020 WRX. First time buying a new car and especially a Subaru, I would recommend Brad Lunar to anyone going to buy a Subaru and will be telling anyone I know about my wonderful experience. More

Lots of bait and switch tactics. Did not like how they treated me when I asked about the warranty they pushed on me. I initially signed up and then changed my mind and asked to reverse it. They got loud w treated me when I asked about the warranty they pushed on me. I initially signed up and then changed my mind and asked to reverse it. They got loud with me and tried to shame me for all the nice things they supposedly included, yet they actually took a week+ to not fix the scratches I wanted fixed and couldn't get me the original cargo cover replaced. Unusually scummy dealership! More
