Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted

My car was in one of the other Ganley dealers for a service so I took the opportunity to visit this dealership as I'm in the market for a new car and wanted to check it a WRX. After hearing inside, I w service so I took the opportunity to visit this dealership as I'm in the market for a new car and wanted to check it a WRX. After hearing inside, I waited a couple of minutes before an employee greeted me and asked what I needed help with. After telling her, she Said she was going to get somebody to help me and went away. She came back after maybe 5 minutes and said no one was there to help but there would be people coming back soon, so I waited. And waited. I had a nice conversation with another customer about his upcoming 80th birthday while his wife, who was clearly not happy about whatever service she was received was yelling at another employee. After another 10 minutes the original employee I talked to can't back, looking a little embarrassed, and apologized for the wait, but still no one could help me. I saw her talking to a could of other employees who had come into the building, all of them said they weren't available, After about 15 minutes of waiting, I just left, disappointed that I couldn't see the car I wanted to see. Not being able to get the very basic things of helping a customer see a car seems to be pretty typical for Ganley and almost the same thing happened at their Honda dealership right after I left this dealership. It's hard to give anything other than 1 star when all you do is stand around waiting for somebody to help you. More

This is consistently a great dealership. This is my second Subaru and I will probably buy a third because the North Olmsted Dealership is so easy to work with and do an amazing job.
